The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released a pubic notice on their website, providing details on the Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) recruitment exam 2. The SSC MTS 2020-21 Tier 2 Exam (descriptive test) will be conducted on May 8, 2022. The exam is for the recruitment of Non-Technical Multi Tasking Staff.
SSC MTS 2020-21 Tier 2 Exam: Important Update
On Thursday, April 21, 2022, the SSC released a circular online stating essential terms before the exam. These guidelines are just routine updates. However, all aspirants are advised to regularly check their website for important information. Enlisted below are the latest guidelines. Nonetheless, these are subject to change.
- The examination date is May 8, 2022. The exam time has changed from 11:00 am to 11:30 am. For the clerical (Scribes) candidates, the exam will begin at 11:40 am.
- The above mentioned date and time are tentative. This is because of the ongoing pandemic. Additionally, these dates can change as per government regulations and the situation caused due to Covid. Be that as it may, applicants will be informed of changes through circulars on their website.
- All applicants must visit the Commission’s website to stay updated with the latest announcements.
Initially scheduled to be held between July 1 – July 20, 2021, the Tier 1 exam was held between October 5 – November 2, 2021. This was due to the Covid situation at the time. On March 4, 2022, the Tier 1 results were announced. Out of thousands of applicants, only about 45,000 students qualified for the SSC MTS 2020-21 Tier 2 Exam.
