SSC GD 2022 DME Exam Schedule to Be Out Soon – Check Details

SSC GD 2022 DME Exam: Staff Selection Commission General Duty (SSC GD) Detailed Medical Examination (DME) 2022 dates will be out soon. SSC does not conduct the Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST) but rather a nodal agency assigned by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Hence, the Central Police Reserve Force (CRPF) will conduct the SSC GD 2022 DME Exam. CRPF conducted the PET/PST between 18 May and 9 June and released the results on 12 August. All interested candidates can check the result at the official website at ssc.nic.in.

The SSC GD Paper 1 was a computer-based exam (CBE) that took place between 16 November to 15 December 2021. Meanwhile, SSC released the provisional answer key for the written exam on 24 December and announced the results on 15 March 2022. Candidates had to clear the written exam to qualify for the PET/PST round. 

Authorities from the SSC selected nearly 2,85,201 candidates for the PET/PST exam, where 31,657 were female and 2,53,444 were males. On the other hand, 95,650 did not appear for the PET/PST, and 96,629 out of 1,89,550 were not fit for the DME. Through the SSC GD 2022 DME exam, several posts will get filled. Some of those are Central Armed Police Force (CAPF), Special Security Force (SSF), National Investigation Agency (NIA), and Riflemen (GD) in Assam Rifles.
