NEET UG Answer Key 2022: The National Testing Agency will release the NEET UG Answer Key 2022 today, 30 August. Furthermore, the NEET UG Answer Key 2022 challenge window will open for candidates to raise objections and will likely remain open for two to three days. Additionally, the NTA will also release the NEET OMR sheet. Also, the exam authorities will send scanned copies of the Candidate’s response sheets to their registered email address. NEET UG 2022 exam date was 17 July, with over 18 lakh participants from across the country. NTA will release the final answer keys and NEET result 2022 on 7 September.
Steps to Download NEET UG Answer Key 2022
There was 4 NEET 2022 question paper sets: Q, R, S, and T. Candidates will be able to download the specific NEET 2022 answer key for the set and code they attended. Given below are the steps to download the NEET UG Answer key 2022 and OMR sheets:
- First, go to the official website of NTA NEET 2022: neet.nta.nic.in
- On the homepage, locate the ‘Answer Keys’ tab and click on it.
- Then the candidate will be asked to log in using their NEET application Id and password
- The screen will open the answer key PDF
- Finally, download the PDF file for future reference
If the candidates observe any discrepancy/mistakes in the Answer key, they may object within the challenge window. The NTA will provide a detailed procedure to raise objections after releasing the answer key. Candidates will have to remit a fee of INR 200 to be able to register the complaint.
Calculating NEET 2022 Scores
Once the NEET UG Answer Key 2022 and the candidate’s response sheet are available, candidates can compare both to estimate their NEET score. The NEET 2022 score can be calculated based on the marking scheme of the exam given below:
- Each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks
- Every wrong response will result in 1 mark being deducted
