IIM Shillong Business Management Course:- The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Shillong inaugurated its Business Management Certificate Course for Defense Officers on Friday, 05 August, 2022. It is a 6-months duration Certification course. The Course will reduce the knowledge-action gap and to expose army personnel to analytical, entrepreneurial thinking. The course will manage to alter the dynamics of the military and commercial sectors.

IIM Shillong Business Management Course: Curriculum and Highlights

The program will primarily focus through interactive sessions, case studies, sessions with industry experts, management games, simulations, and student participation. The course seeks to emphasize experiential corporate leaning to Indian Army. The explicitly developed curriculum will lay emphasis on Corporate Finance, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Financial Decision Making to empower them.
