We, at DIT, organize various orientation programs and workshops that help our students learn more about the current industry and industry requirements. Students are provided an opportunity to attend seminars year-round to improve their learnings in areas such as Group Discussions, Personality Development, Literature Survey, and Presentation Skills. Also, regular training is provided to make use of technology for communication skill enhancement. A knowledgeable person needs to be a good communicator at the same time in order to be complete.

We also organize regular training programs for our students in order to prepare them for placements, right from the very first year.

  • 1st Year - We organize Soft Skill Training in order to enhance communication skills, language, interpersonal skills, personality traits, etc. These help in building interpersonal relationships.
  • 2nd Year - We provide 40 hours of technical training related to special software for the students.
  • 3rd Year - Over 80 hours of Aptitude Training is imparted to the students for enhancing their numerical, verbal, reasoning, and analytical skills. Firms start visiting for recruitment this year and hence aptitude training is a must.
  • Campus to Corporate - In this we organize expert lectures. Various industry officials and experts train students to develop managerial skills, team skills, leadership qualities, and organizational behavior.


Through the industry training, we work towards ensuring constant improvement of our students by interacting with the officials working in the industry, taking part in mock Group Discussions, and giving mock Personal Interviews to experts.
