CAT 2022 Registration: CAT 2022 registration process deadline has been extended to September 21, 2022. The CAT 2022 application form correction window is expected to be open by September 23, 2022.
CAT 2022 entrance exam will be conducted on November 27, 2022, and the admit card for the same will be released on October 27, 2022.

Here are 5 mistakes to avoid while applying for CAT 2022.
- Applying through Mobile Phone: Though CAT 2022 application form can be filled out using a mobile phone, candidates are advised to apply through a computer/ laptop. By doing so, errors while filling out the form can be avoided.
- Not Using Appropriate Browser: Use a legitimate browser. The CAT 2022 application form can be filled out using the following browsers. (Google Chrome- Version 50-66), (Mozilla Firefox- Version 50-61)
- Entering Personal Details Incorrectly: Cross-check the details filled by you correctly. Go through the application form repeatedly to find out errors and rectify them. Candidates must be careful while filling in their name, father’s name, and mother’s name. Any mistakes can lead to disqualification or issues in future.
- Entering Incorrect Academic Details: CAT application form 2022 will have spaces where candidates must fill in the academic details. Details such as School/ College/ Board/ University, percentage of marks etc, will be asked to fill in. Candidates must enter the exact figures available on their certificates. Any sort of error will lead to disqualification.
- Selecting Wrong Exam Centre Cities: CAT 2022 will be conducted in 158 cities across the country. Candidates will have an option to choose up to 6 exam city centres in CAT 2022 application form. Most likely, candidates will be allotted the first preferred exam city centre. If may not so, other preferred city centres will be allotted. Hence, candidates must select the 6 exam centre cities carefully. Select the most convenient exam centre as the first priority.
