Bihar Board Class 10th Scrutiny Window Closes Tomorrow: Apply at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in

On March 31st 2022, the Bihar School Examination Board declared the results for class 10th students. The board further announced that students who were unsatisfied with their marks could apply for Bihar board class 10th scrutiny by April 8th 2022. Moreover, around 17 Lakh students appeared for the class 10 Bihar School Board Examination this year and only 12 Lakh students received a passing grade. Therefore, if anyone wishes to re-evaluate their answer scripts, they can apply online at the earliest possible.

Application Procedure for Bihar Board Class 10th Scrutiny

The window to apply for scrutiny commenced on April 2 2022, and the final date to apply is April 8. Students will have to pay a sum of Rs.70 per paper that they wish to review. Here is a roadmap to help guide you through the process:

1. Visit their official website biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in and click on the “Apply for Scrutiny” banner.
2. Next, you will have to use your roll number, name and date of birth to create a login ID.
3. After you create an account, log in using your credentials. Subsequently, you will find your subjects along with the option ‘Scrutiny’ mentioned against it.
4. After selecting the Scrutiny option, you will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 70/subject.
5. Finally, you can submit your request and save the acknowledgement.

A minimum of 33% is required to pass the BSEB class 10th exams. Students who have not secured the minimum passing marks in more than 2 subjects would have to reappear for the exams. On the other hand, those who have not secured the minimum passing marks in less than 2 subjects had to apply for the compartment exam.
