AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme 2022 Registration Deadline Revised: Apply Till Jan 20 at aicte-india.org

AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme 2022: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has extended the last date to apply for the AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme 2022 till Jan 20, 2023.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the AICTE PG scholarship registration 2022 on the official website- aicte-india.org.

The official notification of AICTE stated that “The last date for the submission of online applications under the AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme has been extended till Jan 20, 2023.”

As per the official notification from AICTE, while the last date to register for the scholarship is Jan 20, the last date for student verification by respective institutions including re-submitted defective applications at the AICTE web portal is Jan 31.

AICTE further stated that “The students who are eligible and are admitted in the AICTE approved institutions and AICTE approved courses, as per scheme guidelines, may submit their application in the portal. The students are advised to submit their online applications well in time so that their institutions are able to verify applications within the prescribed timelines. Applications received after the last date will not be entertained.” 

The council also advised the eligible institutions to verify the applications of their students immediately after receiving the AICTE PG scholarship scheme 2022 applications on the portal.

AICTE awards scholarships of INR 12,400 per month to full-time GATE, GPAT, and CEED-qualified students admitted to AICTE-approved postgraduate programmes in AICTE-approved institutions or university departments as per approved intake.

The duration of the AICTE PG Scholarship scheme 2022 is 24 months or for the duration of the course starting from the date of commencement of classes till the date of completion of the classes whichever is lower and is not extendable under any circumstances.
