Regular candidates must fill out details like name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, community, second language, and optional subject (if any). Photograph and signature | Candidates are required to paste in their recent passport size photograph in the given box, and the dimension for the photo should be 4.5cm * 3.5cm, write a clean signature that is visible to the authority. |
