MPSOS 10th and 12th Syllabus 2021

MP Open School Board will release the syllabus for 10th and 12th classes on its official website. Candidates can download the study scheme and syllabus for open school exams by visiting the official website. The subjects provided by the board are divided into special subjects, general subjects, and other subjects whereas for class 12th, the subjects are divided into four groups as Group A, Group B, Group C, and Group D and the additional subjects.

There are different study schemes from which a candidate can choose from. The general scheme is the one that is sought out the most. Under the general scheme, the candidate has to give the examination in five subjects. There is no age limit for admission to the high school examination. For admission to the higher secondary examination, it is required to pass class 10th from a recognized board.

Candidates have to follow the below-mentioned step-by-step procedure to download MPSOS syllabus 2021 from the official website:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the board - mpsos.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the Exam option on the left sidebar of the home page.

Step 3: A new page appears with important links to the exam. Click on the Exam Plan link.

Step 4: On a new page, the subjects along with the respective class will be displayed.

Criteria for Passing the MP Open School Exam

To obtain the pass certificate, the open school council has laid down the following criteria.

High School

Minimum 33 percent marks in all subjects and experimental subjects (Science, Home Science) one must obtain a separate 33 percent for theory as well as practical

Must have passed in five subjects with at least one language from Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Urdu, Marathi and a maximum number of languages are limited to two.

Higher Secondary

Minimum 33 percent marks in all subjects and experimental subjects (physics, chemistry, biology, home science, shorthand, food processing) one must obtain a separate 33 percent for theory as well as practical.

Must have passed in five subjects along with one language either Hindi or English.
