MP Online D.El.Ed 2019      

The notification for the D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) which comes under the aegis of Government District Education and Training Department will be released by the Ministry of School Education Department, Madhya Pradesh. The process of registration happens every other year. The interested candidates can fill the MP D.El.Ed 2019 Online Application Form on the official website, rsk.mponline.gov.in.


MP Online D.El.Ed Application Form 2019 

The aspirants can register for the exam on the official website or MP Education Portal. The expected date of commencement of registration process would be around 4th week of June 2019 to the 1st week of July 2019. The registration process will last 2 weeks from the starting date. The candidates are requested to fill in the details and check them carefully. 


MP D.El.Ed 2019 Eligibility Criteria 2019 

Educational Qualification: The applicants must have passed 10+2 from any recognized board in Madhya Pradesh with a minimum aggregate of 50%. The candidates belonging to the SC/ST categories require a minimum of 45% aggregate marks to be eligible. 

Age Limit: The candidate should be 17 years old as on July 1, 2019.

MP D.El.Ed Counselling 2019

Registration and College Preference filling

  • First of all, the candidate has to register on the online kiosk of MP Online or directly on the portal. All the relevant documents have to be uploaded on the MP Online Portal by the candidate. The Roll Number and the password once generated will be sent to the candidate through SMS. The candidate will be able to do the necessary registration procedure after getting the Roll Number and the password.

  • The candidate has to choose the colleges according to his/ her preference. The candidate will be able to fill the choices of the college that are available on the portal.

  • If the candidate wishes to make certain changes in his/ her registration form and the details mentioned in it, then he/ she can click on the “Edit” tab and do the same. Once the timeline for making the changes has expired, the candidate will not be able to make any kind of changes in the registration form.

  • The candidates can get the printout of the checklist related to the registration form from the MP Online Portal. The candidate has to get the checklist attested by the principal of the school from where he/ she has passed the 12th In this verification process, his/ her class 12th final exam marks, examination body and caste will be verified. After the checklist has been verified by the principal, the candidate will be allotted the seat in the respective college.

  • When this process will be completed, the candidate will get notified via SMS. 

Seat Allotment

  • The candidate will be allotted the seat on the basis of merit and the preferences filled by the candidate in the chronological order. The allotment letter of the candidate will be generated by the MP Online on the basis of the seats distribution. The candidate will get this notification via SMS. The allotment letter will contain the last date to take admission in the allotted college.

  • After getting the allotment letter based on the choices filled by the candidate, the candidate will get one more chance to upgrade his/her seat allotment if there is any vacant seat remaining. 

Admission into the Allotted Institution

  • The candidate has to take admission into the college in the prescribed time limit as in the allotment letter.

  • The candidate can see the allotted list of other candidates on the portal.

  • The candidate has to attest the certificates and documents along with the payment of the required fee. After the verification and the required fee has been paid, the admission process will get completed. The college will lock the seat after these processes are completed. The admission of the candidate will be valid when his seat will get locked.

Cancellation of Seat Allotment: The seat allotment of the candidate can be cancelled in following cases:

  • If the candidate is not present at the moment of the admission.

  • If the candidate fails to produce the documents at the point of admission in the institution.

  • If the candidate is found ineligible on the basis of the documents.

  • Any other appropriate reason.

  • The institution will display the status of the seat allotment on the portal and the reason of cancelling of the allotment would also be mentioned on the portal.

  • If any candidate is neglected in the process of allotment without any reason and if the candidate feels that he/ she has been the victim of partiality, then he/ she can submit a written complaint to the district administration.

  • If the complaint is found to be justified, then strict action would be taken against the concerned college.

  • The waiting list for the colleges will be generated on the basis of the cancellation of the earlier allotments. 

Waiting List

  • Upon the allotment of the seats like above, first waiting list will be formed on the basis of the number of empty seats left in the regular allotment.

  • If after the release of the first waiting list, the seats still remain vacant, then the institution will keep on generating the waiting lists according to the number of applications.

  • The final list of allotment will be released before last date of admission by the institute.

  • The institute will not hold any kind of counselling at its own level for D.El.Ed course.
