- The school authorities should furnish the student's data online as well as OMR cum ICR sheets compulsorily.
- Before entering the students' information on the website, prepare MNRs without any mistakes.
- The information of the regular students with vocational subjects shall be furnished in the web application form (Regular with Vocational only).
- But while furnishing the data of regular students with vocational subjects in the OMR cum ICR forms, the school examination authority has to use separate sheets.
- Click the print button to print student information.
- After thoroughly ensuring that the student's information is 100% accurate, submit the details.
- Once the data is submitted, the "Edit" option will no longer be available.
- Take two printouts of the student's application, obtain the signature of the concerned students, and duly affix the signature of the Headmaster.
- One set can be preserved for office purposes, and other sets shall be sent to the DGE office along with the following documents:
- OMR cum ICR sheet
- Manual Nominal Rolls (MNRs)
- Original fee challan
- Figure statement
- Opening permission/ETRs in respect of private/aided.
- Age condonation orders (if any)
- PH certificates (if any)
- Second language exemption certificates in respect of out-of-state students (if any)
- Fee-exempted student list
