Changes may also be made (if required) in optional subjects such as Health and Physical Education, Computer Science, or vocational subjects if these optional subjects were exchanged or replaced under the school’s directive in the course of their studies. Under such circumstances, these changes must be accompanied by a written statement from the school concerned explaining the reason. The following documents are to be submitted along with the pre-printed forms:

  • Self-attested photocopy of class 9 (Nine) mark sheet -to verify whether the student has successfully qualified for class-9.
  • Self–attested photocopy of the transfer order from MBOSE, in case of candidates who had changed Institutions or examination centres previously with prior order from the Board.
  • Photocopy of the registration card.
  • Two latest passport size photographs (the photograph should not be more than six months old).
