Vice presidents: He is the highest ranking individual of a particular function in the organization from sales to marketing. They usually report to someone with a "C-level' title. They make sure that the functional resources are allocated around the right initiative and the activities.

General manager: is responsible for all activities and results for a line of business in the company. He can be called a mini-CEO with higher responsibilities such as strategy decision, structure, talent, key decisions and operating results including revenues and costs. He usually reports to the CEO.

Product managers: They are associated with the improvement of the existing product or service of the company. They also work across the organization collaborating with each and every department in order to bring a new product. Product managers take the decisions in features, pricing, packaging, and promotion of the product or service offered by the organization. As they work with all the department of the organization they must be an excellent communicator.

Project managers: As the name suggests Project managers are responsible for the work done in the form of projects in the organization. The role is difficult which consists of a lot of brainstorming activities as well as bringing together a team to create something new. Once a particular initiative is done, the project manager comes up with a new idea with an intention of forming a new team. They spent their time working with coaching, helping and developing people.
