Eligibility Criteria for the Karnataka SSLC Application Form 2024

Mentioned below are the detailed Karnataka SSLC application form 2024 for various categories of students for the academic year 2024. 

For Regular Students:

• It is mandatory to have at least 75% attendance until the end of the academic session.
• Candidates must have passed their 8th, 9th & 10th standards from any recognized higher secondary board.
• Candidates must have a clean record in terms of discipline and a code of conduct certified by their institution.

For  Ex-school Students:

• Candidates must have registered themselves as ex-school students in a school recognized by the board.
• Candidates must have made the payment of the registration fees.
• In case of failing in one or more papers, a candidate is given chance to re-appear in another academic session as a private candidate.
• A candidate can re-appear for the Karnataka SSLC exam only six consecutive times.

For Private Students:

• The candidate must have passed the 7th standard primary examination conducted by the Department of Public Instruction or must have passed any other equivalent exam recognized by Karnataka board.
• The candidate must have completed 18 years until 1st April, if the session is regular.
