HP Board Application Form 2022

The application process for the 2022 board exams will be started online by the Himachal Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (HPBOSE). Students can expect the application process to start in the month of October 2021 (tentative). Usually, students have to fill out and submit the HP application form before the last date to appear in the board exams. Moreover, students must fill out the registration forms under the school authorities' guidance with the correct information. HPBOSE will also release supplementary registration forms for students who could not clear the HP 10th and HP 12th board examinations.

Step 3: Students will have to click on the "Forms" option under the "Downloads" section.

Step 1: Form Feeding

  • Students can use this option to fill out online forms. Enter the necessary details carefully without any mistake.

Step 2: Data Verification

  • Use this option to print out the student's data in the application form to check for mistakes.

  • If any mistake(s) is found, students should immediately correct the application form using the modify option. After corrections are made, students will be asked to verify again.

Step 3: Feeding Complete

  • This option is to ensure that the student has completed their form feeding. Once this is done, they will not be able to perform any further operations.

  • Students are advised to perform this step only when they are confident that everything entered in the form is entirely free of error.

Step 4: Generate Fee Challan

  • This option will generate the fee challan required for depositing the application fee in the bank. Students must use this system to generate a voucher to deposit the specified fee in the bank.

Step 5: Final Submit

  • This step will submit the data of the students. The student will have to provide details like online fees, transaction ID, fee amount, and fee submission dates here.

Step 6: Print Final Data

  • Students should print the generated data on A4 size paper. Affix the latest passport size photo in the space provided on the form.

  • The signature of the student should be duly put on the application form. The form should be attested/stamped by the respective school authorities.
