IIT's placement records had seen an attractive salary package of INR 3.67 CPA in 2023, offered by Microsoft as an International package.

Other big shots like Google, TATA, Flipkart, etc., also provided students attractive packages compared to previous years. However, the placement season of 2023 had seen increased placements of 195 offers at Microsoft's first phase of recruitment in the last five years.

Also, Microsoft increased their highest package of INR 2.68 CPA to INR 1.31 CPA .
