Goa Board Application Form 2021

Candidates must register via the Goa board application form 2021 to appear in the 2021 board exams. Generally, the board releases the exam application form for class 10th (SSC) and 12th (HSSC) in November. Candidates must be careful while providing their details in the exam application form. Any mistakes in the application form will reflect in the board exam admit card. Candidates of class 10th/SSC and 12th/HSSC who are eligible to appear in board examinations should complete the application process under their respective school authorities' guidance.

Goa Board application form has to be submitted along with the fee specified by the GBSHSE. Application fees need to be paid either by cash or D.D. to the Secretary, Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education through the nearest Central Bank of India Branch. How to Submit Goa Board SSC and HSSC Application form 2021 (Private Candidates)?

Regular candidates can visit their respective schools and get themselves registered for the board examinations. The step by step process given below is only applicable for Private candidates.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Goa Board - gbshse.gov.in

Step 2: On the primary menu tab, click on the "Students" section.

Step 3: Under the "Students" drop-down menu, click on the "Private candidate Enrollment" option.

Step 4: Enter the necessary credentials and then click on the "Proceed to Enroll" button.

Step 5: After submitting the details, download the registration form and save it for future reference.

Note:

  1. SMS/email with an OTP (one-time-password) will be sent to the candidate. Candidates can enrol only upon receipt of OTP.

  2. If the candidate does not receive the code, Kindly contact the Goa board office immediately.

  3. Keep a soft copy of your passport-sized photo and a scanned copy of your signature ready before filling out the form.

  4. The maximum dimensions for the scanned copy of the photo are 900 x 900 px subject to 100 KB.

  5. The minimum dimensions for the scanned copy of the photo are 300 x 300 px.

  6. The maximum dimensions for the scanned copy of the signature are 600 x 600 subject to 50 KB.

  7. The minimum dimensions for the scanned copy of the signature is 100 x 100.

The following details are required while registering for the Goa Board exam 2021:

  • Name of the candidate

Goa Board Exam Application Fee Details

Goa Board application fees are to be paid by the school either by Cash/D.D. Payable to the Secretary, Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education to the nearest Central Bank of India Branch. Details to be filled out on the bank slip are School Name, address, school index number, fee details (without late fee/with late fee/time-barred/beyond time-barred).

The office will not accept the payment of examination fees beyond the specified dates in the respective categories mentioned in the above table, even if the banks accept the same due to oversight.

How to Apply for Re-Evaluation of Marks?

If candidates are not satisfied with their marks, they can apply for the re-evaluation of the mark sheet. Below is the procedure to apply for the same.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Goa Board - gbshse.gov.in

Step 2: On the primary menu, click on the "Students" section.

Step 3: Under the drop-down menu, click on the "Application for Re-evaluation of Marks" link.

Step 4:  A new page will open with the "Re-evaluation application form" PDF.

Step 5: Download the application form and fill out the required details.

Step 6: Submit the application form with the required fee to the school authorities.
