Admission Procedure:

The university will conduct Entrance Examination for all the courses For B.Ed. M.Ed , and B.El. Ed. admission candidates should apply online as per directives of Higher Education, Deptt. of Madhya Pradesh Government.

How to fill online form
1. Scan passport size image with signature as .jpg format
2. Fill the online application form
3. Print the fee details slip
4. Deposit the application fee to the following University bank account-
Account Name:- Registrar MGCGV Regular Course Admission

IFSC Code:-ALLA0212371
Bank Name:-Allahabad Bank
Branch Name:-MGCGV Branch, Chitrakoot,Satna(M.P.)
Form Fee:-Application form fee is Rs. 6oo/- ( For all women candidates and
SC/ST candidates of Madhya Pradesh State is Rs. 300/-)
Note-Please take the journal number of fee deposition from bank
and it is important to keep the receipt safe for submission in the university
during entrance examination
5. Scan fee deposition bank slip as .jpg format
6. Open the fee submission option, upload scan bank slip and enter journal
number to confirm your application form
7. Print the application form

Engineering and Technology Programmes:

A. Entrance test/ Counseling for Information Technology/ Food Technology/ Civil and Rural Engineering will be conducted by Director of Technical Education, Government of MP. Students are advised to refer to MPonline for details. In case of vacant seats, admissions will be done through college level counseling

B. For B.Tech. Agricultural Engineering, the admission will be done on the basis of PAT and counseling at MGCGV
