UPTET Application Process
The application form for UPTET is expected to be released in the month of June on the UPTET official website i.e www.upbasiceduboard.gov.in. The candidates can only apply through online modes and no offline forms will be available.
Only those aspirants who apply for the test by paying the requisite application fees can appear for the UPTET test.
UPTET 2019 Application Process- Steps followed
Step 1: Registration:
Go to the UPTET official website i.e. upbasiceduboard.gov.in.
- Start the registration process by clicking on the tab "Apply for UPTET 2019".
The candidate will be directed to the Application form page of UPTET where the candidate has to enter his/her personal details (name, gender, date of birth, religion, category, etc.), Academic details and communication details (address, valid mobile number, and email ID).
- Before submitting the form, the candidate is advised to verify all the entered details.
- The Candidates will finally be receiving the registration ID which the candidates have to keep handy for further processes.
Step 2: Upload Images:
The Candidates are required to upload the scanned images of their recent passport-sized photograph and signature.
Candidates must choose the type of photo identity proof that they will carry to the UPTET Exam Centre.
The format and resolution of the scanned copy of photograph should be as per the standard decided by the conducting authority.
Aspirants can click on ‘Preview’ to view the photograph uploaded and can confirm it once they are satisfied with the quality of images.
Step 3: Payment of fees:
Applicants must pay the non-refundable application fees to complete the UPTET application process. The candidates can pay the fees both through online and offline means.
In online mode, Individuals can pay the fees using SBI Debit/Credit card or Internet Banking.
The candidates are required to enter their registration number, category, and date of birth. Fill up the required payment details on the bank page, save the receipt of the transaction and take a print out for future reference.
Aspirants can also pay the fees by downloading the SBI e-Challan and depositing the fees at any of the bank’s branch. The candidates should get it printed and submit this e-challan on the next day of generation of challan at their nearest SBI Branch.
A confirmation page will be generated after completing the payment process. The candidates must take a print out of this page for future correspondence.

UPTET Username and Password Retrieval
If the candidate is not able to recollect the password, he/she may follow these steps:
- The candidate has to open the official site and Enter his/her Email ID.
- Click on the tab "Forgot Password".
- The candidates are then required to enter their date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format used for registration.
- Click on the "Submit" tab.
- They will be redirected to a page where they can regenerate a new password as they wish.
Documents required to Apply for the UPTET
The candidate needs to upload the images of the following documents:
- A recent photograph of the candidate
