RMCAAT 2019 Application Process

The application process for RMCAAT 2019  will be conducted online in the month of April 2019.

  • Candidates will be required to register online and pay the registration fee.

Overview of filling up the application form of RMCAAT 2019:

  • Credentials: Visit the official website of  RMCAAT and register for online application by filling complete name, father's name and date of birth.

  • Payment Invoice: A payment invoice will be generated with a unique challan number.

  • Bank Payment: Now visit any e-Mitra/ CSC kiosk/ online e-Mitra portal and deposit application fee using this unique challan number printed on payment invoice.

  • Acknowledgement: A fee receipt generated by e-Mitra/ CSC kiosk/ online e-Mitra portal in which a unique 12 digit token number will be printed.

  • Online Submission: Now again log on to the website and complete your application form by entering the token number and other required information.

  • MCA 1st year: For, MCA Ist year please make sure that marks obtained in graduation or NIMCET- 2019  (on the basis of which you have applied) and college choice/ option has been filled before final submission of application form.

  • MCA 2nd year: For, MCA IInd year please make sure that marks obtained in BCA/ BSc (CS/ IT) and college choice/option has been filled before final submission of application form.

  • Alert: Check again all entries you have filled, if all required entries have been filled then only click on “Submit” button for submitting the application form and take a printout for future use.

  • Note: If applicant not submitted the final submission form, it will be automatically submitted at midnight of the last date of submission and no changes can be made in the form afterward.

Important Note: 

  • Application fee: A candidate will have to deposit a sum of INR. 1,200/- against application form fees (Non-Refundable).

  • Phone: Candidates will have to contact any e-Mitra/ CSC kiosk center authorized by the Government of Rajasthan and deposit a sum of INR. 1,200/- and e-Mitra service charges (INR. 5/- extra).

  • Note: Candidates may also deposit their fee by registering them self on the e-Mitra portal.

Procedure of Online Registration:

  • Information related to online counselling: All information related to online counselling will be displayed only on our website i.e. www.rmcaatonline.com.

  • Counselling Schedule: The counselling schedule will be notified, the information regarding commencement of counselling process will be published on website.

  • Instructions for filling RMCAAT 2017 online application form: The counselling process of RMCAAT 2017 will be online only. The process of online counselling for RMCAAT 2017 shall be carried out through website www.rmcaatonline.com. Detailed instructions with regards to filling online registration form and other related information will be available on the web site.

Candidates must perform following activities while submitting the request for online counselling:

  • Step-1: Deposition of Application Fees. I. Application fee of RMCAAT 2017 is Rs. 1,200/- (Non-Refundable) II. Candidate will have to register on website i.e. www.rmcaatonline.com by entering his/her name, father‟s name and date of birth. A payment invoice challan will be generated with a unique challan number. Now candidates have to contact any eMitra/CSC kiosk centre authorized by the Government of Rajasthan and deposit a sum of Rs. 1,200/- plus e-Mitra service charges. III. The application fee of 1,200/- is neither refundable nor transferable/adjustable for future RMCAAT. IV. The kiosk will generate a unique 12 digit token number for the candidate using e-Mitra portal and issue a receipt containing this Token number. Candidates are advised to keep this receipt safely with them for further use. V. In order to activate the online application form for entering the required details, the candidate must enter his/her token number in the appropriate column of the application form.

  • Step-2: Documents to be kept ready in hand before starting of filling online registration form.

    (i) Scanned image of candidate‟s photograph in JPEG format (image size maximum upto 100 KB)

    (ii) Scanned image of candidate‟s signature in JPEG format (image size maximum upto 50 KB)

    (iii) Copy of mark sheets of Xth, XIIth and graduation (if already passed).

    (iv) Mobile number of the candidate for further communication.

    (v) Fees receipt that was produced by e-Mitra having unique 12 digit token number.

  • Step-3: Filling of online application form.

    (i) Candidate must read instructions of filling the online application form carefully.

    (ii) All entries of online application form must be filled specially category, domicile marks obtained in qualifying examination, choice of college etc.

    (iii) Candidate should ensure that the photo and signature are same as uploaded by the candidate himself.

    (iv) The changes, if required, in online application form will be allowed before final submission.

    (v) Web page will not accept any change after final submission of online application form. Therefore make sure that all entries are completed before final submission.

  • Step-4: After successful submission of application form, a confirmation message will be displayed. In case a candidate fails to the confirmation message, he/she has to login again.

  • Step-5: Print a copy of filled form including college choices for further communication.
