REAP 2019 Application Process

  • Availability: The application form of REAP 2019 has to be filled in online mode only. The application process will commence tentatively from 15th May 2019.
  • Registration Details: REAP 2019 Application Form includes steps like payment of application fee, filling the application form, and uploading necessary documents and then Submit. 

Steps for submitting REAP 2019 Online Registration Form:

Step-1:

Deposition of Application/ Registration Form fee and Advance Fees:

  • Cost of REAP 2019 Application/Registration Form (online) is INR 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred only) (non-refundable/non-transferable).

  • The applicant must deposit INR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) (online) through the REAP 2019 website as Advance fee prior to filling Option/ Choice form.

  • The transactional charges for making the online payment through REAP 2019 web portal will be born by the candidate.

  • The information about the transactional charges will be visible to the candidate when he/ she makes the online payment through the REAP 2019 web portal.

  • The REAP 2019 Application/registration form will automatically become active after successful payment of INR 400/- as registration fee.

  • The option/ choice form will automatically become active after successful payment of INR 10,000/- as registration fee.

The candidate may register on the basis of JEE Main merit or Class-12 marks/percentile:

  • However, the candidates are advised to register on the basis of JEE Main rank as JEE Main rank would be given higher priority in comparison to class-12 marks/percentage during all the stages of counselling in REAP 2019.

  • If a REAP 2019 candidate registers on the basis of class-12 marks/percentile, it is mandatory for him/her to upload class 12th mark sheet (from a recognized board).

Note:

  • If a candidate applies for B. Tech and B. Arch course (both) then he/she need to register only once by paying a registration fee of INR 400/- online through the REAP 2019 website but the candidate will have to pay the separate advance fee of INR 10,000/- for B.Tech courses and another advance fee of INR 10,000/- for B.Arch courses.

Step-2:

Documents to be kept ready in hand before starting of filling the Online Application form:

  • Scanned image of the candidate's photograph in jpg format (image size Maximum up to 100 KB).

  • Scanned image of the candidate's signature in jpg format (image size Maximum up to 50 KB).

  • Scanned images of mark sheets of XII examination. (In case applicant registers for REAP 2019 on the basis of class-12 marks/ percentile).

  • Mobile number and email ID of the REAP 2019 candidate.

  • Scanned copy of Aadhaar card or the Acknowledgement receipt of Aadhaar card, if Aadhaar card is not available.

  • NATA 2019 score and Roll number (for registration in B.Arch course).

Step-3:

Filling of the Online Application form.

  • Candidate must read instructions for filling the online REAP 2019 application form carefully.

  • The entries of the online REAP 2019 application form must be filled as required.

  • Candidate must upload all the requisite documents as instructed on the web portal.

  • The changes (if required) will be allowed in the online REAP 2019 application form before final submission i.e., before pressing the “Submit” button on the web portal.

  • The web page will not accept changes after final submission of online REAP 2019 application form i.e., after pressing the “Submit” button on the web portal.

Step-4:

Taking Printouts in Hardcopy only after final submission of online REAP 2019 application form. 

  • The candidate may take the printout of the application form, which will be generated by the web portal after final submission.

Hi Absar,

You must ensure that you are eligible for admission to various Governments aided and private unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other Deemed and Private Universities) before filling up the REAP 2018 Application/Registration Form.

The REAP application procedure is as below: -

  • The candidates need to pay the fees which can be done through e-Mitra Kiosk where the candidate will primarily generate an invoice of Rs. 700. The candidates can also choose online payment through debit card/ credit card/ net banking via bill desk. Both male and female candidates have to pay Rs. 710 (Rs. 10 for e-Mitra services) as application fee. Further, the candidates have to preserve e-Mitra or the transaction code from online payment. 
  • A 12 digit code will be received by the candidate which is required to proceed to "log in" to complete the application form procedure. Candidates will have to enter this code or transaction number in the REAP application form along with the following details:
  • Challan No
  • e-Mitra Code or Bill desk Transaction code
  • Date of Birth
  • Mother’s name 
  • Documents required before filling REAP application form:
  • Scanned image of candidate's photograph 
  • Scanned image of candidate's signature
  • Marksheet of class X, XI and XII examination
  • Scorecard of JEE Mains  
  • Documents related to domicile and reservation category of Rajasthan
  • e-Mitra Kiosk receipt
  • Caste certificate of Kashmiri Migrants from the competent authority.  
  • The candidates have to enter the details of the candidates (name, father's name, mother's name and date of birth) after which a challan will automatically be generated for fee payment in any branch of State Bank of India from second working day onwards from the day of submission of application form. The candidates must preserve their challan copy for future reference. 
  • The Candidates must take a printout of the REAP application form generated by web portal after final submission and keep a hard copy for future reference.

Here are the documents you need at hand before applying for REAP 2107 examination online :

  • Scanned image of his / her Photograph in jpg format ( image size Maximum up to 100 KB ), Scanned image of his / her Signature in jpg format ( image size Maximum up to 50 KB )
  • Mark sheets of X, XI and XII examination, Mark sheet of JEE ( Mains ) 2017 scorecard [ if appeared in JEE ( Mains ) 2017
  • Documents related to the domicile of Rajasthan and reservation category.
  • Receipt issued by eMitra kiosk containing the Token Number, Mobile no. of the candidate or nearest relative.
  • The candidates belonging to KM category has to have a certificate from the competent authority as a proof of being son/daughter of displaced person from Jammu & Kashmir.

No, you should not.

Candidates are not required to submit the REAP 2017 application form to the office of Rajasthan Technical University.

The Candidates of REAP 2017 will primarily generate an invoice of Rs. 705 (both male and female candidates).

After this, a 12 digit code will be received by the candidate which is required to proceed to "login" to complete the application form procedure.

A candidate can submit as many numbers of choices in order of preference as he/she wishes from the list of his/her available choices. 

It is advised to fill maximum number of choices so that choice exhaust situation does not arise.
