OJEE 2019 Important Documents: 

  • All the candidates who have covered-up the OJEE 2019 eligibility criteria should have certain documents ready with them before they fill up the OJEE 2019 online Application form.

An Applicant should have scanned copies of:

  • Passport size Photograph of the candidate.

  • Full Signature of the candidate.

  • Left Thumb impression of the candidate.

Process to Submit OJEE 2019 Application Form:

OJEE 2018 Application Process steps

  • Granting Access: Once the candidate has fulfilled the OJEE 2019 eligibility criteria to apply for OJEE 2019, he/she can access the OJEE 2019 online form on the Official Website.

  • Schedule: The OJEE 2019 release date of Application Form will be around the first week of February 2019.

  • Registration: The candidate who has satisfied the eligibility criteria need to Create Account with a Login name, date of birth online to further process the OJEE registration 2019.

  • Choice of Exam centres: Candidate can select up to three OJEE 2019 exam centres according to their preference and convenience.

  • Upload documents: The candidate needs to upload some documents like the recent passport-sized colour photograph, Signature, and thumb Impression. The size of the files must be within 5kb to 99 kb and 5 kb to 50 kb respectively. The format of the uploaded documents must be in JPG/JPEG only and the dimensions should be 3.5cm x 4.5 cm and 3.5cm x 1.5 cm respectively.

  • Annual Income: The candidate has to declare the annual income of their family stating whether it is below 6 lakhs or above 6 lakhs.

  • Details: The candidate has to give his/her personal details like Name, Parent's Name, Date of birth, Contact number and etc also the candidates needs to furnish their academic details as well.


How to Fill the OJEE 2019 Application Form:

Step 1: OJEE 2019 Registration: 

  • Official Site: Initially the candidates have to visit the official site of OJEE 2019 (http://ojee.nic.in/publicinfo/public/view.aspx?Page=74).

  • Selecting exam: They have to select the exam which they want to appear for (eg: BAMS/BHMS/M.tech etc).

  • Once the candidate selects the exam and submits, he/she can see the below window.

OJEE 2018 Application Process

  • Personal Details: The candidates have to enter their personal details such as name, Father's and Mother's names, DOB, any identity proof etc..

  • Contact Details: Here the candidates have to enter their home address, contact number, and email-ID.

  • Choosing Password: Here the candidates of OJEE 2019 has to choose the password which should be of the length between 12-20, should include number, special character, and a lower and upper case character. 

  • Security Pin: Candidates have to type the security pin as shown on the screen.

  • Submission: After entering all the above details the candidates have to press submit button.

  • Pop-up: OJEE 2019 candidates can see a pop up once they press the submit button requesting for verifying the entered details.

  • Editing: The candidates can edit the OJEE 2019 application form if they wish by pressing the edit button, else they can continue.

  • Registration Acknowledgement: Applicants of OJEE 2019 will see an acknowledgement with their application number, and the applicants have to notes down their Application number for future use. Applicants have to press the "complete application form" in order fill the application form

Step 2: Filling the OJEE 2019 Application Form:

  • Personal Information: Here the candidates of OJEE 2019 have to enter the personal information such as their Domicile, Birth Category, Sub-category, PWD, Annual Family Income, and Nationality.

  • Exam Centres: Here the candidates have to select their three preferred exam centres and the exam which they are appearing for.

Step 3: Uploading the documents:

  • Photograph: Candidates of OJEE 2019 have to upload their recent passport size photo in JPG format of size between 10kb to 100KB.

  • Left thumb impression: Size (3 kb- 30 kb); Format : JPG.

  • Signature: Size (3 kb- 30 kb); Format : JPG.

OJEE 2018 Application Process


OJEE 2019 Application Fee:

  • Application Fee: The OJEE 2019 fee for the application is INR 1000 and INR 1500 for other courses like MBA & MCA, MBA & LE-MCA, MBA & PGAT for all candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria.

  • Mode of Payment: The candidates who have covered the eligibility criteria and fill in the OJEE 2019 application form online will have to pay the fees via any online mode of payment, this includes net banking, debit card or credit card.
  • Offline Payment: For those who are willing to apply offline, download the e-challan and deposit the same with cash at any State Bank of India, Canara Bank or Bank of Baroda branch.

  • Challan Copy: Take a printout of the confirmed payment online, two days after paying the challan. The payment can be made until 5 pm during the span of form availability.

After sucessfully submitting the application in the OJEE 2017 website you'll be taken to a page where you will find a token showing confirmation.

Have a printout of the same for further use.
