OJEE 2019 Eligibility Criteria

  • Nativity: To apply in all courses offered through OJEE 2019, it is necessary to have a nativity certificate.

  • Age Limit: There is no age limit to appear for this OJEE 2019.

  • Undergraduate Programs: The candidates must have passed 10+2 from Odisha board or any other state in India, with Physics and Chemistry as the Compulsory subjects.

  • Postgraduate Programs: The candidates must have passed a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50% marks for general category and 45% for reserved category candidates.

  • For Lateral Entry (B.Tech/ B.Pharma): Candidates should pass the 3 years of diploma in engineering or pharmacy with minimum 45% marks for general category and 40% for reserved category candidates.

  • Please check the OJEE 2019 admit card carefully for your Name, Paper, Date of Birth, Gender, Test Center Name, and category. In case of any discrepancy, communicate to OJEE 2019 office immediately for necessary action.

  • The OJEE 2019 concede card is issued temporarily to the applicant subject to his/her satisfying the qualification conditions.

  • The examination rooms/hall will be opened 30 minutes before the commencement of the OJEE 2019  exam. Candidates should take their seats immediately after the opening of the examination hall.

  • The candidate must show, on demand, the OJEE 2019  admit card for admission in the examination room/hall. A candidate who does not possess the OJEE 2019  admit card shall not be permitted for the examination under any circumstances by the centre superintendent.

  • Applicants are encouraged to carry with them a cardboard or a clipboard on which nothing ought to be composed so they have no trouble in filling reactions in the appropriate response sheet regardless of whether the tables given in the examination room/corridor do have the smooth surface or uneven surface. Candidates willing to apply for OJEE 2019 must have the following basic qualifications:

  • Candidates who have cleared the 10+2 examination of Odisha Board or CHSE with Physics and Maths as main subjects are allowed to apply as it is set as the eligibility criteria by the head of OJEE.

OJEE 2019 Application Process Summary:

Candidates willing to appear for OJEE must make sure that they fill in the application form carefully. Incomplete applications or applications received after the deadline will not be entertained by the officials. Candidates need to complete the application process online. 

The application fee for all the courses (except for the courses where admission is granted through PGAT) is Rs 1000. The application fee usually begins in the first week of February and continues will last week of March.

OJEE 2019 Exam Pattern Summary:

  • Examination centre gates will be opened half an hour before the scheduled start of the examination. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the hall once the examination starts.
  • Candidates must not leave the examination hall before the examination is over.

  • Valid OJEE 2019 Admit Card is necessary and entry inside the examination hall will be denied without the Admit Card.
