About MHT CET: Common Entrance Test is an annual entrance examination conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. Aspirants through this exam will get admissions into full-time building and innovation degree courses, drug store and well-being science courses like B.Tech, B.Pharm, and Pharm.D.
Application Trend: Every year over 4 lakh candidates take part in MHT CET. Notifications related to MHT-CET will be published by the Directorate of Technical Education(DTE), Maharashtra.
Conducting Body: MHT CET 2019 will be conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell of Government of Maharashtra.
Level: MHT CET 2019 is a State Level selection test.
Courses: MHT CET offers admission into courses like Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) and Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm D.) as well as some allied health sciences programs in the Government aided and private universities/institutions in Maharashtra.
MHT CET Registration: Candidates can register for MHT CET 2019 from end of Feb 2019 on the official website. Application forms are available only in online mode, there are no other provisions to obtain the application form.

Nationality: The candidate appearing for MHT CET 2019 should be a citizen of India.
Age Criteria: There is no age limit to appear for this examination.
Minimum Qualification: Candidates have to pass 10+2 to be eligible for MHT CET 2019.

Questions: The questions for MHT CET 2019 will be based on the syllabus of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
Changes in the Syllabus: Syllabus now includes additional new topics from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics from the XI standard.

Number of papers: 3 (Paper-1 & 3 for Engineering & Pharmacy and Paper-1 & 2 for Health Science Courses)
Duration: Each paper will be allotted 90 Minutes. The time duration of the full examination is 10am to 4:30pm.

The application form will be published by DTE Maharasthra by the first week of Feb 2019 in the official website of DTE, ie. dtemaharashtra.gov.in

The admit card will be available for download by the last week of April 2019.
The admit card is equivalent to a hall ticket and can be downloaded from the official website of DTE Maharashtra by entering the candidate's login credentials.
The candidate needs to keep hard copies of admit card for future reference.

MHT CET 2019 Counselling:
Counselling: Candidates who meet all the criteria will receive a notification regarding the counselling.
Documents Required: Candidates have to carry original documents to the counselling process.
