Step 1: Mode of Application:
The candidates who are applying for the IB ACIO Exam can fill the application form online and also through offline mode.
Applications should be submitted online by logging on to the IB ACIO official website. Access to the application form is available under the 'What's New' section of the website.
Step 2: Rejection of Application:
Date: Online registration will become operational from the date of publication of the IB ACIO notification in the Employment News till the closing date. Registration done prior to the dates mentioned will not be entertained.
Wrong information: Wrong information mentioned in any column may lead to the application getting rejected altogether.
No. of Applications: Candidates are advised to submit only one application. Submission of other/multiple applications may result in cancellation of his/her applications altogether.
Step 3: Uploading Photograph and Signature:
Size: The candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature (in a single file the size of which should not be more than 50 KB) at the time of online registration itself.
Instructions: Further guidelines on the uploading of photograph and signature is available on the official website.
Use: Candidates may ensure that the signature uploaded by them is visible since they (candidates) would be required to append signature on admit cards and attendance sheets during subsequent stages of examination.
Discrepancy: Any discrepancy between the signature on the admit card and the one uploaded would lead to rejection of candidature.
Step 4: Review of Application:
Correct Information: Before submitting the online applications, the candidates must review the application to ensure that they have provided correct information and uploaded the correct and recent photograph and signature.
Photograph and Signature: Candidates must make sure that the photograph and signature are visible and not hazy/blurred. If images are unclear, candidates are requested to upload it again.
Step 5: Online and Offline Fee Payment:
Online Payment: The candidate has the freedom to pay the fee through credit card/ debit card/ internet banking.
The candidate has to fill the credentials properly and click on the "Pay" button to validate the transaction.
Offline Payment: The candidates who opt to pay through the offline mode have to download and print the bank challan and submit the fee along with the bank challan in the respective bank.
The candidate will get the roll number and the password after one or two working days.
These credentials will be sent to the registered phone number of the candidate. The candidate can save these credentials for the future use.
Step 6: Pre- Examination preparation:
Registration slip: The candidates are required to take the print of registration copy and there is a need of making note of roll number and registration number for future use.
Valid contact: The candidates are required to provide the valid mobile number and E-mail address where they may receive the important notifications.
Call letters: The call letters for the trade test would be sent to the email provided by the candidate. In addition to this, the candidate will also have the option to download the same from the website.
SMS check: The candidate must also valid one mobile number in the column provided in the application form in order to get an SMS alert about the downloading of the call letter for the skill test or any other information related to the examination.
Check E-mail: The candidates are should check their emails regularly for the notification which they may receive through the mail from IB ACIO 2019.
ID proof: The candidates are requested to take the passport size photo which is similar to the uploaded one, and carry the original identity proofs like Aadhar card, voter card, driving license and required proofs to exam center else the authority will not allow writing the exam.
Cancellation: The candidates are required to take the photo which is used throughout the recruitment process and if in case of the different photo that would lead to cancellation.
