  • Application Dates: The CMAT 2019 Application Form has been released on 1st November 2018 and the last date to submit the application form is on 7th December 2018.

  • Application Form Availability: The form will be available on the official NTA-CMAT website. It must be filled only if the candidate fulfills the eligibility criteria prescribed by the conducting body. 

  • Registration mode: The application form will be accessible by means of Online mode. All candidates who are eligible and interested in appearing should register themselves.

  • Process: When a candidate finishes, the candidate will have to enter password along with ID to fill the application form.

  • Password Generation: Once the Application form is submitted, a new password of six digits will be created. The password will be available via email or phone SMS to the candidate.

  • Step 1: Visit the official CMAT 2019 website. Enrollment will be closed on 7th December 2018.

  • Step 2: Click On "New Candidate Registration" and continue with the Application Form.

  • Register for Online Application Form and note down system generated Application Number.

  • The candidate should supply all the details while filling the Online Application Form and is also required to create PASSWORD and choose Security Question and enter his/her Answer.

  • After successful submission of the personal details, an Application number will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and will also be required for all future correspondence.

  • For subsequent logins, the candidate will be able to login directly with the respective system generated Application Number and created Password.

  • Step 3: Complete the Application Form Candidate can log in with the system generated Application Number and created Password for completing the Application Form.

CMAT 2019 Login

  • Step 4:
    • Upload Scanned Images of Candidate Photograph and Candidate Signature: Scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/ JPEG format. Size of a scanned photograph should be between 10 KB to 200 KB. 1. Size of the scanned signature should be between 4 KB to 30 KB.

    • The photograph should be colored or black/ white (but clear contrast).

Note: Upload the correct Photograph and Signature as the facility for correction in images will not be given.

Step 5: 

  • Pay Examination Fee by SBI MOPS (Net Banking/ Debit/ Credit Card/ eChallan): Payment by Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/e-Challan: The candidate has to select Debit/ Credit Card/ Net Banking option to pay the application fee and follow the online instruction to complete the payment of fee.

  • After successful payment, the candidate will be able to print the Confirmation Page.

  • In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of fee then the transaction is canceled and the amount will be refunded to the candidate's account.

  • However, the candidate has to make another transaction, in case the Confirmation Page is not generated.


CMAT 2019 Application Fee

Fee: CMAT 2019 application fee for a General candidate is INR 1400/- and for SC/ ST/ PD is INR 700/-. Candidates have to pay additional bank charges along with the fee.

Last date: The last date to make the payment in the bank: 9th December 2019 tentatively.

  • Offline Mode:

    • Select mode: Select the option "Pay by cash", select the desired bank that is "SBI Branch only"

    • Challan: Candidate will get a Challan on screen with details filled. The candidate has to take 3 printouts of this challan, fill the details wherever required in all the copies.

    • Deposit cash: Walk into the nearest SBI bank branch with challan & cash on the next day of generation of Challan. Cash Deposit will be accepted only from the next day of the Challan generation.  

    • Confirmation: Once the deposition is done, the candidate has to wait for 2 days to receive a confirmation message.

    • Take a printout: Candidate has to take a printout of acknowledgement page for further reference.

  • Online Mode:

    • Select online: Candidate can select Online Payment mode and then do the payment using Credit card/ Debit card/ Net Banking.

    • Proceed with Registration: Once the Applicant has received the successful payment confirmation, he/she can proceed with the remaining part of the registration process.

    • Payment: Applicants can pay the application fee via Net Banking/ Credit/ Debit Card.

    • Confirmation: Once the payment is successfully done, the candidate will receive a confirmation E-mail and SMS.

All candidates who are eligible and interested in appearing in CMAT 2017 need to register themselves online.

The form for CMAT 2017 will be available from November 2016 on the official AICTE-CMAT site.

The application form for CMAT 2017 must be filled in after the candidate fulfils the eligibility criteria. (More details in the CMAT Application Form section).

  1. In order to register for the CMAT test, the candidates will need to access the site as a NEW USER.
  2. The self-registration form will have to be uploaded on the CMAT website with basic details of the candidate.
  3. Once this form is submitted, a new password of six digits will be created.
  4. The password will be available via email or phone SMS to the candidate.
  5. Once this is accessed, the candidate will need to enter this along with the CMAT ID to fill in the main CMAT application form.

You will see a message on your screen stating “Thank you for successfully registering for the AICTE CMAT 2017 exam”

Payment of CMAT fees

Can the CMAT fees be paid through Demand Draft or Cheque?

The CMAT fees cannot be paid through Bank Demand Draft or Cheque.

The fees can be paid either online or by cash at any SBI branch.

In case the fees is paid in cash, the candidate is requested to generate the challan from the Official Website.

They must pay the fees at the nearest SBI branch the day after the challan has been generated.
