CG PET Application Process 2019

Candidates are advised to check the CG PET 2019 Eligibility Criteria before applying to the application form of CG PET.

Steps to fill CG PET 2019 Application Form 

Step-1: Exam Prerequisite

  •  To fill the CG PET 2019 Application Form online, the candidate needs to visit the official website.

  • Candidates need to click on the link "Application Form".

  • After clicking the Application Form a window will appear on the screen showing three exam options.

  1. PET

  2. PPHT

  3. Both PET & PPHT

  • Select "PET".

Step-2: Basic Informations:

  • In this section candidates have to fill all the personal information which is given below:

  1. Candidates Name

  2. Father’s Name

  3. Mother’s Name

  4. Date of Birth

  5. Roll Number of Class 10th

  6. Gender

  7. Category (Caste)

  8. CG Domicile

  9. Class

  10. Physically Handicapped PH

  11. Height (cms)

  12. Weight (Kg)

Step-3: Upload Scanned Images

  • After entering all the required details, candidates have to upload their scanned photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression with the dimensions given below

Step-4: Contact information

  • List of necessary contact details are given below:
  1. House Number

  2. Street Number

  3. City / Village

  4. Post Office

  5. State

  6. If Other please specify (State Name)

  7. District

  8. If other please specify (District Name)

  9. Pin Code

  10. Region

  11. Mobile

  12. Email

Step-5: Exam Centre

  • Select your preferred Exam Centre.

  • There are 27 District selected for conducting CGPET 2018. Select one from the drop

    -down menu.

Step-6: Declaration:

  • Read it carefully.

  • After reading all the information click on the checkbox "I Agree"

  • Enter the code shown in the Captcha box.

Step-7: Submit Button

  • After filling all the information candidates are advised to recheck it that all the pieces of information are filled correctly because once the form is submitted the user cannot edit it again.

  • Click on "Submit Button".

Step-8: Payment

  • Candidates have a provision to pay the Application fee in both online as well as offline modes.

Online Payment:

  • There will be 3 gateways to pay the online fee :

  1. ICICI Bank

  2. HDFC Bank

  3. SBI Bank

  • Select any bank.

  • Payment can be made using Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card.

  • Make Payment.

Offline Payment:

  • Offline payment will have to be made through SBI Bank only.

  • Same procedure as above is to be followed.

  • A challan form will open mentioning your Registration ID.

  • Take a print of it.

  • Taking this, deposit payment to SBI bank.

  • The candidates should search for the link “CG PET-2017” for online registration.

  • The applicants must define the course that he is willing to apply for.

  • Next, Click on “Apply Online”.

  • Fill up all the details mandatory in the Application form of CG PET 2017 Exam.
