There is no limit on attempts

Minimum Qualification

The applicants should have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks.

Reserved category candidates must have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks.


BA/ B.Sc/ B.Com (for LLB Hons)

Age Limit

There's no prescribed age limit for BLAT 2019

Eligibility for LLB (Hons.)

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have passed BA/ B.Sc/ B.Com (at least 10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized college/ university which is recognized by Bar Council of India.

  • Marks: The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks considering all the compulsory subjects in the three years.

  • Other Degree: Any other Degree under at least 10+2+3 pattern which is recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of admission to LLB with minimum 50% marks.

  • Any candidate not fulfilling the following eligibility criteria will not be allowed to appear for BLAT 2019.

Eligibility for BA LLB (Hons.)

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized Board or the candidates who are appearing in the final examination are eligible to appear for this programme.

  • Minimum marks: The candidate appearing for BLAT 2019 must have secured a minimum 50% marks for general category and 45% marks for OBC category and 40% marks in case of SC/ ST candidates.

  • Any candidate has failed to satisfy BLAT 2019 eligibility criteria he/ she will be barred from the admission.
