Application Process for AP EAMCET 2018

The AP EAMCET 2018 Application Form will be available in online mode only. Candidates must fulfil the eligibility requirements first in order to apply for the Application Process. 

  • Application process: The Application process shall begin by 9th February 2018. Candidates are requested to fill the application form on the official website of AP EAMCET 2018. 

  • Application Fee: Candidates have to first pay the Application Fee before proceeding to fill in their Application Form.

  • Late Submission Fee: The submission of the Application Form after 22nd March 2018 will incur a late fine of Rs. 500 and can further go up to 10,000. 

  • Printout: Candidates are requested to keep a print out of the filled up Application Form of AP EAMCET 2018 along will the Fee Payment Receipt. 

  • Payment Mode: Fees can be paid online using AP online/TS online/Credit/Debit card.

Stepwise Procedure to Submit AP EAMCET 2018 Application Form:

Candidates must follow the given process to apply for AP EAMCET 2018:

Step 1: Registration

  • Candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria can visit the official website of AP EAMCET 2018.

  • Click on the ‘Apply Online’ link available on the AP EAMCET 2018 website homepage.

  • As soon as they click on the above-mentioned link, a web page with Registration Fee payment Procedure will appear the on the computer screen.

Step 2: Payment

  • Mode: There are two modes of making registration fee payment along with their respective procedures. The two modes are payment through AP online and through Debit/Credit Card.
  • Selection: Candidates have to choose the mode of payment that they find appropriate. He/She then has to opt for the nearest AP Online centre.

  • Details: Eligible candidates must provide details such as the name of the candidate, father’s name, DOB, contact number, email ID, stream applying for, qualifying examination passed, Hall ticket number of the qualifying examination i.e. Intermediate, 10+2 or equivalent.

  • Fee and Receipt: The candidates will then have to fill in the form at the AP online centre and pay the requisite fees.Thereafter, candidates will receive a receipt of the amount paid against registration, this receipt contains the transaction ID.

  • Eligibility: Next, candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria have to visit the official website of AP EAMCET and log in using the transaction ID they had been provided with.

Step 3: Filling up form

  • Then applicants have to click on the “Application Form" button. Candidates must fill all the fields in the online Application Form with required details.

  • Personal Details: Candidates must fill in their personal details like Gender, Date Of Birth, Father's Name etc.
  • Language Selection: Candidates have to select from available options in English, Telegu, and Urdu.

  • Test Centre Preference: Candidates can select two districts, a primary and a secondary one. For each district, only three preferences are allowed.
  • Then candidates must verify all the details carefully and click on “SUBMIT” button.

  • Candidates fill up the application form is generated to the candidates who have satisfied the eligibility criteria which contains a unique registration no., as well as application details.

  • Candidates need to upload the clear scanned image and signature and image must be front facing to the camera in the manner that full face shows.

Step 4: Application Form Printout

  • Save the filled in Application Form and take a printout. They have to note down their registration no. and maintain it for all future correspondence.
  • Select the registration fee payment via Debit/Credit Card. Click on “Pay online using your Debit/Credit Card” button to navigate to the “Payment Gateway”. Fill the details in the fields that follow up.

  • Payment: Once the payment is successful, eligible candidates will be given a transaction ID for all future correspondence. Click on the “Application Form’ button and fill all the fields of the online application form with required details.

  • Submit: Then the candidates are required to verify all the details carefully and click on “SUBMIT” Button.

  • Income Certificate

  • Hall Ticket Number of Qualifying Examination

  • Birth Certificate

  • Study or Resident certificate

The following process must be adopted in order to upload the photograph and signature:

  • Candidates that have appeared/ passed Intermediate (Regular) from 2011-2015 do not need to upload.
  • Others must click on Upload Photograph and Signature to do the needful
  • Photograph specification: jpg format, less than 30 KB
  • Signature: jpg format, less than 15 KB

  • Yes, the candidate can use the same transaction Id as long as they do not press the “Submit Application” button in the Online Application Form.

  • You can take a copy by typing the registration number and Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket number and take a printout from www.apeamcet.org by clicking the “Print Your Filled In Application Form” option.

Query regarding correction in application form

After I complete the online application process and print the application form. Will I be able to login again to change my application data?

  • No, you cannot do that. Changes can be made before the payment is made. Once the online application form has been submitted a Filled In Application Form is generated and the candidate should take a print out of the application form which cannot be modified. Some of the fields (excluding stream, Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket number, Candidate’s name, Father’s name, Date of Birth, Regional Test Centre and SSC Hall Ticket details) in the Filled In Online Application Form can be edited by the candidate during a permitted period. If any other changes in the excluded fields are to be carried out, then, the candidate has to write a request letter addressing CONVENER or REGIONAL COORDINATOR, APEAMCET - 2017 or send an email to apeamcet2k17@gmail.com. The candidates are expected to be extra careful while filling the online application form.
