AIMA UGAT Application Process 2020

AIMA UGAT 2020 is a National level exam for admission in different undergraduate management courses like BBA, BCA, BHSD, IMBA. Before Applying AIMA UGAT 2020 Application Form, candidates should know the process of how to apply for the AIMA UGAT 2020 Exam.

AIMA UGAT 2020 Application Proces

  • The application form will be available from November 26, 2019 and the last date to submit the filled application form will be May 1, 2020.

  • The application form can be filled in both online and offline method.

  • If the form is filled in online method, there is no need for the candidate to send the hard copy of the application form to the office.

  • If the application form is filled in offline method, candidates have to send the filled application form along with the DD to the office of the exam conducting body.

  • An incomplete application form will be rejected. 


Filling the form in online method

  • Visit the official website https://apps.aima.in/ugat2019.

  • Click on the link that will redirect to the AIMA UGAT 2020 Application Form page.

  • Fill in all the essential details in the application.

  • Upload a recent passport size colour photograph and a scanned copy of the signature.

  • Payment of the AIMA UGAT 2020 Application Fee of INR 650 can be made through both online and offline method.

  • In case the payment is made through the online method, it can be done through any of the methods Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking.

  • If the fee payment is made by drawing a Demand Draft from any nationalised bank, DD number to be mentioned in the application form. The DD must be in favour of "All India Management Association", Payable at Delhi.

  • The AIMA UGAT 2020 Application Form and DD have to be sent to the AIMA office.


Filling the form in offline method

  • Purchase the AIMA UGAT 2020 Application Form from any institution that provides admission to the candidates through AIMA UGAT 2020.

  • Fill in all the details that are essential.

  • Affix a recent passport size colour photograph in the application form.

  • Signature of the candidate is mandatory.

  • Send The AIMA UGAT 2020 Application Form along with DD to the AIMA office.

Details about DD 

  • A Demand Draft can be drawn from any nationalised bank for INR 650 in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi.

  • Students should mention the details about the DD in the application form.

  • Original copy of the demand draft is to be sent along with the AIMA UGAT 2020 Application Form.
