Candidates have to go through all the eligibility criteria set by the examination authority before applying for AILET 2019.
B.A/LLB: To apply for B.A-LLB (Hons.) course the candidates need to have graduated Class XII/PUC or equivalent examination from the recognized university with minimum 50% aggregate to gain eligibility for AILET 2019.
LLM: The candidates applying for LL.M. (One year) program and PG Diploma program must have completed LL.B. or an Equivalent Law Degree securing a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (for general candidates) and minimum 50% marks for SC, ST or PWD candidates for eligibility.
Note: The candidates who are yet to appear for their final year exam for the respective year can apply for AILET 2019.
Age: Candidates should not exceed more than 21 years of age as on or after 1 July, 2019 (with 3 years relaxation for SC/ST category) for B.A-LL.B. (Hons.) program.
