  • Application Form: Application Form is available from 30th November 2018. Candidates can register themselves with the official website of AIIMS.

  • Application Form Last Date: Last date for submitting the AIIMS MBBS application form is on 12th March 2019. The AIIMS MBBS 2019 examination will be Conducted in online mode only. 

  • Upload Documents: Candidates need to upload the documents such as the scanned latest passport size photograph, left thumb impression and signature in the prescribed size.

Step 1: AIIMS MBBS 2019 Registration

  • Application: Candidates who satisfy the AIIMS MBBS 2019 Eligibility Criteria for must go to the official website of the AIIMS (www.aiimsexams.org) where they can fill the application form.

  • New Registration: Candidates should then click on the "click here" tab on the new registration page.

  • On clicking on the 'Click Here', option candidates will be directed to the instruction page of AIIMS MBBS Application Form.

  • After going through the instruction page candidates needs to click on the "Proceed" button at the bottom as shown below.

AIIMS MBBS 2018 Application Process

  • Candidates will be redirected to the registration page where they can fill in the particulars accurately. The details will be shown on the application form.

  • Candidates should then click on the save and proceed button at the bottom of the page.

  • Candidates will be taken to the registration page. We need to provide all the details as asked in the registration form like personal details including candidate name, date of birth, category, details of ID proof, preference of AIIMS institutions, contact details including a present mobile number and email id and finally click the checkbox of declaration (also shown in the screenshot below). After entering all the details, click on ‘Register’ to complete the registration process of AIIMS MBBS 2019.

AIIMS MBBS 2018 Application Process

  • Offline SMS: Candidates will get a pop-up message showing the candidate's ID and other information.

  • E-mail: A Mail and SMS will be sent to the candidate's e-mail and phone number provided in the registration of the Application Form.

  • Press: Candidates need to click on "OK" button on the pop-up message.

AIIMS MBBS 2018 Application Process

  • Change Password: Candidates will be redirected to a page where they can change their password.

  • Passwords: Candidates must enter their old and new password in the particular boxes and then click on the update button.

  • Recheck: After password change, candidates will now be directed to the registration form filled by them in the first step (as shown below). Recheck the information that has been entered previously. If the candidates want to change the information which they have filled by clicking on ‘Edit’ button, else click on the ‘Proceed to Step 2’ button to go to the payment section.

  • Step Complete: Colour of the button will change from red to yellow as it symbolizes that one step has been completed successfully.


Step 2: Payment process of AIIMS MBBS 2019

  • Payment: Candidate who has successfully completed his registration process of AIIMS MBBS 2019, will be taken to the payment page.

  • Payment Mode: Candidate for AIIMS MBBS 2019 should pay the Application Form fee through online process.

  • Mode of Payment: The candidates can pay Application Form fees using credit/debit card or by net banking.

  • Pay: After filling the correct details asked on the payment screen, candidates of AIIMS MBBS 2019 must click on the "Pay" button.

  • Print: Candidates must take a print-out of the payment slip to keep as a proof for future benefits.

Step 3: AIIMS MBBS 2019 Exam Centre:

  • Exam Center: After finishing the payment process, candidates for AIIMS MBBS 2019 will be taken to the Exam Centre page where they can choose their city.

  • Select the state from the drop-down list. After selecting the state, select the option of the corresponding cities which appears (as shown in the sample image shown below).

  • Candidates who will appear for AIIMS MBBS 2019 can choose any city they are comfortable to write the AIIMS MBBS 2019 examination.

  • Candidates appearing for AIIMS MBBS 2019 should remember that, once the city is chosen, they cannot change it.

  • So, candidates should be careful while choosing the appropriate city for the AIIMS MBBS exam 2019.

  • Then click on "Save and Proceed" tab.

Step 4: Qualification and Address Details of AIIMS MBBS 2019

  • After choosing the city, candidates will be taken to the page where they should fill in their qualification and address details.

  • The candidates should fill all the details of their qualification and address which will be later seen on the application form.

  • Then click on "Save and Proceed" button.

Step 5: Upload photograph for AIIMS MBBS 2019

  • Candidate appearing for AIIMS MBBS 2019 need to upload their scanned photograph, Left-Thumb Impressions, signature.

  • The documents should be uploaded as per the instruction by the authority.

  • After uploading the images, Left-Thumb Impression and signature, click on the "Save and Proceed" button.


Step 6: AIIMS MBBS 2019 Registration Form Print-out:

  • The final step is to take a print-out of the duly filled application form of AIIMS MBBS 2019. Click on ‘Proceed’ to see the duly filled application form. The filled AIIMS MBBS application form will appear in this step with the choice of exam city as was selected and all other details including document uploaded in step 5.

  • To edit any details, click on ‘Back’ button. Otherwise, click on ‘Final Submit’ button given at the bottom as shown in the screenshot below. After final submission, the colour of all the steps for filling AIIMS MBBS 2019 application will turn from red to yellow.

  • Before clicking on 'final submit' candidate is asked to print their Application Form for any future reference.

AIIMS MBBS 2018 Application Process

  • On clicking on 'final submit', an acknowledgement email will be sent from AIIMS to the registered email ID of the candidate on successful submission of the application form.

  • The applications of AIIMS MBBS 2019 as submitted by the candidates will be reviewed for eligibility and images uploaded. Candidates will be intimated about the successful submission of AIIMS MBBS Application Form or any deficiencies therein within a short period of time.

Candidates will be automatically logged out after completing the Application Form filling process. To check the status of the AIIMS MBBS 2019 application form candidates must log in to the candidate portal. The admit cards of candidates, whose application forms will be accepted by AIIMS New Delhi, will be released by said time and will contain the address of the exam centres in the exam city of their choice will all other details.

If the corrections on my AIIMS MBBS Application Form to be made are not done till the 3rd of March, will it be possible to do it from the 7th of March?

No, you will not be allowed to make any corrections to the AIIMS MBBS Application Form 2017 after the AIIMS MBBS 2017 Registration Process and the Payment of AIIMS MBBS Application Form Fees.

The following information furnished by the candidate can't be changed after the payment of AIIMS MBBS Application Form fees:

  • Candidate’s Name
  • DOB (Date Of Birth)
  • Category
  • OPH Status
  • E-mail Id
  • Mobile Number

All the other details can be edited till the last date of registration to AIIMS MBBS.

  • Before you proceed with the application process, please ensure that you have a valid Email ID and mobile number.
  • Visit the AIIMS website - (www.aiimsexams.org)
  • On the home page, click on ‘Academic Courses’ to select your desired course i.e. MBBS.
  • Click on ‘Prospectus’ to download it, and read the instructions & guidelines carefully before Registration.
  • Click on Registration/Login link displayed on the left side of the page and then on “Click Here” button in New Registration Section. Please read the instructions carefully and Click on Proceed Button.

 Online Registration is a 6 STEP processSTEP-1 Registration

  • Please register yourself by filling up the requisite information CAREFULLY. The responsibility of furnishing accurate information rests with the individual candidate, as all subsequent communication will be through your registered Email Id & Mobile Number.
  • Furnish your name and other details as they appear in your class-X / school leaving certificate. Any discrepancy detected at any stage of the verification process is liable to result in the cancellation of your candidature for the examination/counselling/admission as the case may be.
  • Click on Save & Proceed after filling up the information. The information, as entered by you, will appear on the screen. Please check it thoroughly, and in case any errors are detected, click on the Edit button and make the necessary corrections.
  • A Candidate ID allotted to you will appear on the screen. Please NOTE it down for future reference. The Candidate ID & Password will also be sent to your registered Email Id & Mobile Number.
  • Upon receiving it, Login with the provided Candidate ID & Password and change the Password on the first time Login.

       View city choice – Candidate can check the seat availability before the payment.
STEP-2 Payment

  • Payment of the Registration Fee can ONLY be done online using a Debit/Credit Card or through Net Banking facility.

STEP-3 City Choice

  • Candidates can choose the city of their choice for the examination from the list provided. Once made, the choice of the city cannot be changed. Real-time status of seats available will be displayed city wise. Allotment of the city of choice is subject to the confirmation of payment of the registration fee.  Please note that in a case last few seats are available in a particular city; it is possible that in some cases, during the time intervening between payment of fees and final choice of city, available seats in the city viewed earlier may be over and another city may have to be chosen.  It is recommended that you apply early and not wait until the last minute since seats may be limited in a particular city of your choice.

STEP-4Qualification & Address Details

  • Furnish the required information regarding Qualifications & Address details in the Online Registration Form.

STEP-5 Upload Images

  • Candidates must take extreme care in uploading their Photographs and images. Once uploaded, they cannot be changed, unless found inappropriate and rejected by the AIIMS authorities.
  • Upload the images of your Photograph, Signature & Thumb Impression strictly as per instructions are given in the Prospectus (images should be in one of the following formats jpg, png or gifs)
  • In case, the images of Photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression to be uploaded are not available with you, Save & Exit and log out. You may login to complete the process later on, once the requisite items are with you, to complete the registration process.

STEP-6 Print Registration Form

  • The candidates are required to take a print-out of the duly completed registration form for future reference once they see that all the steps are ‘COMPLETE’ in Due Steps and the Navigations buttons appear Yellow in colour.

The following steps must be adopted in order to upload the photo:

  • The candidate should upload his/her photo, image of the thumbprint, an image of the signature.
  • Remember that, images once uploaded, cannot be changed again. So, pay attention while uploading the images as these images will be seen in the application form.

There are six steps in the application process of AIIMS MBBS:

Step 1: Registration

  • Go to the official website of the AIIMS (www.aiimsexams.org) where you can fill the application form.

  • Click on the proceed button at the bottom of the screen.

  • After the registration is complete, You will be taken to the payment page.

  • The candidates will receive an acknowledgment form or the application form via e-mail.

Can a black and white photograph be uploaded in the application form?

No. Black and white photos and polaroid photos are not accepted for the application form of AIIMS MBBS. The image should be the color photo.
