Cyber Law Course Eligibility Criteria

For Diploma in Cyber Law, the applicants must have completed higher secondary education and hold an HSC certificate or validation from any other similar graduation course. 

For PG Diploma in Cyber Law, the applicants must have secured a big mark or CGPA in any undergraduate course under a recognizable university or institution. 

For Undergraduate LLB courses with specialization in cyberlaw, the candidate must have secured a valuable mark in their 10+2 board examination and cleared the entrance examination required by the institution. Most of the institutions admit the students based on their performance in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT).

For Postgraduate courses in Cyber Law (LLM in Cyber Law), the applicants must hold an undergraduate degree in any related field. It is either a one-year or two-year-long course according to the institutions' courses.
