Residence
The living quarters for the Vedica Scholars are in a part of South Delhi that is dotted with medieval era colonies or sarais. And Katwaria Sarai – a home away from home – is a modern, fully-equipped and secure residence that will be provided to all 60 Vedica Scholars. Overlooking the historic monument of Qutub Minar, Katwaria Sarai, the hub of student housing in South Delhi, is less than 1 kilometre away from SACAC, making the travel between ‘home’ and ‘campus’ seamless.
The students will be given twin-sharing rooms, with air-conditioning and attached bathrooms. The residence will also be wifi-enabled to ensure an effective working environment for students even in the comfortable spaces of their residence. There will be a separate mess area where students will be served two meals in a day (lunch will be served on campus).
