The student societies provide ample opportunities. We can take part in various competitions and cultural activities.
The hostel is good. The main building is marvelous.
They are charging a minimal fee. The education here is much more qualitative.

UU provides the maximum facility at minimal fees. It is quite affordable and convenient.
The alumni of UU can be found worldwide. As a student of economics, placement is not that much good.
There are govt and private hostels having a fee of INR 500 per month to 5000 per month. Food is good in both. It costs Rs. 25 to 125 usually. Classrooms are great, the lab is digital & library also digital. Wifi available in some colleges.
The classes usually starts from 11am and ends at 5pm. But it may change according to college. Quality of teaching is good but not so good. Overall experience is good.
Fee is not so high. There are government and govt. aided colleges with lower fees of INR 1500 approx. but there are also private colleges with higher fees. Govt. also gives scholarship & reservation. Generally, SC /St students get scholarships and there is no need for loans.
The students passed +2 or similar course can apply for this in DDCE website. Then the selection procedure will be done according to state govt. rules. No special entrance is taken. It is totally based on career making. The cutoffs are usually generated according to colleges. For science, 80% or more is better.
We have 6 hostels for boys. and I do not know about their girl's hostel. food is very good in the canteen.

It is situated in the heart of Bhubaneswar city. There are many clubs on the campus. Many sports events, functions, cultural programs are conducted by the university every year. You can really enjoy your time here. One of the best university to study.
There are 14 hostels, 7 for girls and 7 for boys. Hostels are very good and hygienic. Hostel fee is INR 5000 per year. You have to pay for your meal every month. There are many PGs outside the campus. The average cost there is INR 5000 to INR 6000. There are many canteens in the campus. Their prices are affordable. The infrastructure of classrooms, labs, libraries, halls is very good. Wi-Fi is available in the campus and in the hostels.
Normally the classes start at 10:30 am and finishes at 5:00 pm. There is a lunch break of 1 hour in between. Teachers are highly qualified and friendly. The teaching method is very good. They assign various projects and assignments for the development of students. Per semester there is a semester exam and one internal.
I paid INR 10,000 as my fee. There are many scholarships available for students. 9 out of 10 students get scholarships on an average. Study loans from different banks are available but mostly there is no need to take loan.
I have done my internship from GSI. Many companies hire students from campus. The network of alumni is very strong. Every department tries to give placement to their students.
One should complete B.sc. in respective subject in which he wants to do M.sc. Then he can apply for the entrance exam conducted by the university. The cutoff marks vary for each subject.
