You will get admission in college with minimum 55% Marks should be in 12th & you will pay standard fees of admission B.com course duration is 3 years.
The Drama society can be seen practicing day in and day out in the lawns, regardless of the weather, and never fail to make the college proud at inter-college events. The other active societies such as the photography, music, dance, commerce and economics societies.
The infrastructure of the college is not something to be proud of, however, it gets the job done. The classrooms are decently sized and are airy as well. There is no AC in classes but still, due to very well ventilated classes, it doesn't feel very hot even in peak summers. There is AC in office and seminar rooms. The canteen is very spacious and variety of food is available at reasonable rates.
The college infrastructure is under renovation and will hopefully be awesome. Infrastructure has improved. Canteen is affordable and has a variety of dishes. Sports facilities are good but there is no basketball court available to students. The faculty is very helpful and supporting. Hostel infrastructure is also good. The college is decent and is improving every day.
The annual fee is less than $80.
College placement is really good. Companies like KPMG, EY, Deloitte comes to our college for placements and the better chance of getting placed in a reputed company. Around 80% students got placed with average salary around INR 3 Lacs per year and roles for students as article associate, assistant manager, cabin crew, etc. Also,70-75% students got the internship with average stipend around Rs.4000 and the highest is Rs.20000.
Many companies come for placement and the salary is arround INR 50000.
The admission process in this college is too easy.
The continuous cutoffs are regulated the cutoffs starts from 85% till the last cutoffs go up to 68%, I opt for NDA during my 12th class, The cutoffs was about 85% and sink up to 67%.

There are Many Students societies and clubs and associations. Like Commerce associations, arts associations etc. The college Celebrate many cultural festivals in their college. College life is very good in general.
There are no hostel facilities in our college. The PGs for the outside students manage in INR 5k or 6k per month. The food of the college is very good at reasonable price.
The daily routine of classes starts at 2 pm evenly when we had our first lecture. Projects have to be made at the end of the semester. The quality of teaching is very good. My college experience is very good.

Overall experience is fine. It is not necessary that classes take place every day. Sometimes teachers are too lethargic to take classes.

It was really difficult to take admission over here as admissions are all based upon cutoffs. There is always a huge hike in the cutoffs and that was also there when I took admission. I got 94% in 12th and I got admission in the 5th cutoff.
The eligibility criteria is very easy. Admission happens on the cutoff basis for undergraduate courses for that you have to get minimum 85% of marks in 12th and the good part is that every Delhi University count marks of top 4 subjects i.e your best 4 subjects marks.There are n numbers of seats and cutoff come on seats basic and it's not easy but not so hard to get admission in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College
There are lots of societies in the college some of the names are commerce association society, FILMTANTRA -a filmmaking society, Yes-young entrepreneurial society and many more. College Comsoc fest name uddyam is famous all over the du colleges.
Infrastructure is too good as there is proper lighting, fans in the classrooms. Also, there is a canteen which charges very less for the table items. Proper drinking facility, sports equipment everything is provided to the students.
Faculty I must say they are very good. Proper projects, assignment and tests are taken on a regular interval of time. And the best part is that if students are not attending their classes they'll loose their marks.
As it's a government college so they charge very less. My course fee is 8k for a year. They also provide the scholarship to the students.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh college, one of the oldest and well known college of Delhi University which was established in 1967. For taking admissions u have to score according to their cutoffs. Usually for b.com and b.com hons student has to bring 92% in 12th boards examination. And the most important thing is that it's a government college and also provides placement to the students.
Nice building. But no hostel. INR 15k per month is my PG cost. Per meal costs me around INR 100rs.
Everything is average in this section of college. Perfect balance between fun and academics.

There is no placement for B.A students but yes there are few low paying placements in B.Com.

For morning college classes are from 8:30 - 1:30. For evening college classes are from 2:30 - 6:30. Exams are as per university schedule. Assignments and Internal exams differ from teacher to teacher. Good quality teaching is provided. Studies are conducted via boards. Overall experience in the college is excellent.

There is no entrance exam for admission to the college. A common Delhi University Admission form has to be filled and admission is on merit basis.
There are many societies like debate, drama, cultural, sports, NCC, NSS and so on. There are department wise festivals organized in the college campus. Also, there is college level fest in which artists from Indian music industry perform. There many cultural, sports and many other festivals also held from time to time every year. The College is by far not the best and not the worst.

You must score at least 90% marks in best four subjects in CBSE Class12 exam. Your best four subjects must have Mathematics. You do not have to go any entrance exams to get admission in the course. The typical cutoffs are min 90 max 100.
Like most of the Delhi University colleges, even Shaheed Bhagat Singh College has a cut off system. Cut off for BA Geography Hons. usually starts at 93%.
There are many societies in the college campus, almost of every department has its own societies. The college life is nice.
