IEEE, IETE, ACM, ISTE etc are associated with the college. Sitar is the cultural and technical fest organised by the college every year on Feb 9th . College life is good.

College Infrastructure 2/10

Hostels are available for both boys and girls. Transportation for freshers at the hostel is available from the boy's hostel. Girls hostel provides transportation from hostel to college for students of all academic years. Classroom quality is average. Labs are good enough to learn. The library is better than any other facility provided in the college. WiFi is not allowed to be used by the students.

Timings 9-4 Quality of teaching is as usual as that on any college. The learning depends on the student. I like my college.

Fees and Scholarship 8/10

Fee per annum is 97,000/- for any student who entered the college under PVP-14 regulation. Reimbursement is available for the eligible candidates from the government. Average number of students getting scholarships is 2500. Loans are needed for the students with lower middle class and middle class backgrounds.

Placements & Internships 8/10

Internships are available at IITs and IISc as per the CGPA of the student The placement percentage is is always more than 90%. Alumni are working in many MNCs like Adobe, Amazon, Google etc.,


The eligibility to enter the college is to get a good EAMCET rank basing on the social category the student belongs to. Since I didn't perform well in EAMCET I had to pay a donation to get admission in the branch of electronics and communication engineering. The faculty of the particular branch are very knowledgeable and they guide the students in the path of their interest. With more no. of PhD scholars than any other branch in the college, the branch of ECE stands as a crown of the college.

There is NCC and NSS in the college. The camps are conducted by the teams. All festivals are celebrated by the management

The hostel is provided for 120 students of every year. Good food, facilities are provided Good quality of classrooms, labs, libraries, etc.

Academics & Faculty 7/10

Maximum of 7 hours college. It is from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday is half day. Every second Saturday us holiday. All staff in college is minimum M.TECH qualified. There us superb quality of teaching an take of students. College has a experience of 20 years

Fees and Scholarship 8/10

General fee is INR 97,000. Some scholar ships are provided according to their family annual income. If the rank in AP EAMCET is below 1000 he /she can freely provide education

Placements & Internships 8/10

The average salary is INR 3 Lac. There is an increment of highest salary figures. Last year it is INR 7.5L, this year it is INR 8.7L


PVPSIT has a brand mark throughout the state. It is EAMCET based college. In B.TECH each branch intake is 120 except civil it is 60. This year placement record that 2nd rank in India off-campus placements of TCS, every year at least 70% will be the placements. No, any entrance exam intake is by Emcet counseling. Should qualify the Emcet exam of Andhra Pradesh.

There are internships which are to be done. IT companies come for the placements. The average salary is INR 3 lacks per annum.

There are 2 hostels in our college, one for girls and one for boys.

College timing is from 9 am to 5 pm. The assignments are given by the faculty. The method of teaching is good. 

Fees and Scholarship 10/10

INR 32000 per annum is my course fee. INR 35000 is paid by the government through fee reimbursement. About 300 students get the scholarship. No need for bank loans.


The candidate must clear the AP EAMCET exam and must have passed the 12th from a recognized institute. The cutoff rank must be below 20,000.

Placements & Internships 9/10

I haven’t done any internship yet. Many IT companies hire students with an average salary of INR 3,50,000 per annum.

Some teams will be formed by lectures to communicate easily with all the students and for good communication. Main festivals are management meets, techno fests,cultural activities, and annual day.

Only one hostel and environment in the hostel is good with vast area. And hostel fee is INR 45000 per year. Meal is good and it costs INR 100 per day. Labs and library facilities are good.

Academics & Faculty 9/10

College starts at 9:30 am and ends by 4:30 PM. Exams and assignments will be conducted based on the curriculum. Well professional lecturers and high rated method of teaching. Overall experience is pleasant.

Fees and Scholarship 9/10

INR 54000 is normal fee and scholarships are based on the rank we got in entrance examination and reimbursement will be provided to the candidates. 60% of the candidates are eligible for scholarship. No loan will be needed.

Placements & Internships 8/10

I had done my internship on financial statement analysis. No stipend is awarded. Companies mainly based on finance and marketing. Average salary is INR 2.5Lakhs per annum and 70% got placed in placements. Alumni network is good.


The eligibility criteria for MBA is bachelor's degree. Entrance exam for MBA is ICET. Cut off is based on performance of candidate and reservations.

The eligibility criteria for the course to clear EAMCET .Management seats are available . The EAMCET cutnoff for open category varies from 4000 to 16000 rank of EAMCET from branch to branch.

There is 1 hostel and its fee is INR 7000 per month. The canteen food is average and it costs INR 35 per meal. The classroom and the library are good. We have no wifi facility.

College timing is from 9 am to 4 pm for 1st years and for others 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Quality of teaching is very good. Blackboard explanation, digital and practical methods are followed. A good experience till now.

The fee is INR 97,000 per annum. AP government, Siddhartha trust is providing scholarships for the students. Around 40-50% of the students get scholarships. Some of them need loans.

The companies like Cap Gemini, TCS, Eeffotronices, Paytm, Amazon, Amara Raja battery's, HDFC, Idea, Cyient, Cigital, Tech Mahindra, Airtel, IBM, Jmc projects Ltd, Veda IIt, Kun united, Hyundai, design tribe etc hire our students with an average salary of INR 3 lakhs per annum and the highest salary offered was INR 7,50,000 per annum. Around 84% of the students get placed.

  •  Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls with hostel located very near to campus at Prasad V Potturi Siddhartha Institute of Technology.
  • Poranki, being the area of students is endowed with many hostels for boys and girls which are very close to the college for P.Gs facility.

  • With Prasad V Potturi Siddhartha Institute of Technology campus spread over an area of 18 acres classrooms are indeed temples of learning offering good atmosphere to learn with greenery around.
  • Central Library is computerized equipped with over 50000 books and has access to over 20 journals relating to industry is the temple where a student can learn anything he wants. Open 12 hours a day, the library offers a geat opportunity to the students. In addition,
  • Departmental Libraries make it easy t student to find out what he wanted.
  • Laborataries of PVPSIT is considered to be the best in Vijayawada. They offer a good exposure to wide range of instruments with hands-on experience to students.Each department has their own labs with compulsory of two labs subjects per semester.
