The college life here is quite interesting. There are lots of opportunities to expore oneself and showcase the hidden talent. The college has finance club, marketing club, human resource club, operations club, communicare club and wealth management club that frequently organizes events, quizez and debates. Ethinic day and sports day is also celebrated here. It also conducts a three day management fest called Perception. The alumni network is strong.

RIM is located at the prime location of the area. It is accessible to the market places. College has its separate hostel for boys and girls that includes fooding, laundry, cleaning and other facilities. The hostel costs around 1.5 lacs p.a. There are lots of PGs also available costing almost 5000 for double sharing rooms.

The timing of the college is 9-5. The infrastructure of the college is good and the campus is huge. the classrooms are good and spacious. The college has a library that has collection from different reknowned writers. This college trains the students as per the corporate requirement. Assignments, presentations, tests are conducted time to time. The teachers are quite friendly and encouraging. The college provides with lots of learning opportunities.

So life in MSRIM is pretty challenging. Not in a negative point of view but in challenges with other students in academic, co-curricular activities, competitions & many more. But students of MSRIM love to face those challenges every day. There are every stream societies like finance club, marketing club, operations club, treasury club, HR club, cultural club. Students can join any societies & take part in different activities assigned by the heads. Every year college organise management fest called 'PERCEPTION' which encourage students from a different college to participate & competes between others. It mostly consists of different activities which help students to become a better manager in future.

Talking about college infrastructure, our college is in Ramaiah University campus which is an education hub. They have the best infrastructure in that locality. Yes, they provide hostel facilities, but it's outside the college campus area. They provide free wifi, food & lodging. As I don't live in the hostel so just don't have knowledge about hostel life but heard it's pretty good for boys & as well as girls. 

yes, there are many PG's around the college which provide good rooms & food also. apart from it, there are many independent flats which can be rented by students who want to live independently. 

Food in college is well & affordable. Mostly they serve South Indian dishes, Chinese, fast foods.

So talking about the daily routine, class hours starts from 9:00 A.M. & ends at 5:15 P.M. The only holiday is on Sunday & sometimes Saturday as half day. The teaching faculty is really good & they give their best to provide good education to students. students like me who are introverts are converted into extroverts. There are 4 semesters in PGDM course & each semester consist of external & internal exams. In external exams, there are midterm & end term exams which held on mid & end on each semester. And in internal exams, there are the class test, presentations, group discussions, role play, management game.  

In my experiences, it's the best college which helps us to come out of our shells & help us to master our skills, attitude, personality & way of living in the corperate world.

In my view, the scholarship option is not available for the students but they provide student loans on affordable interest rate through Vijaya bank.

After the completion of the 1st year of PGDM, I worked as an intern in Getmyuni firm which works as an education consultancy through a website portal. In the firm, I worked on content marketing. Talking about the internship & placements in college, MSRIM provides good placements in the 2nd year where companies like GOLDMAN SACHS, DELOITTE, HONEYWELL, YES BANK, HDFC, TIMES MAGAZINES & many renowned companies visits our college for placement as well as for internship. 90% of the students get placed through the college. the average package is 5lacs p.a. & for this year batch, the highest package goes for 14lacs p.a. which was given by Byju's. There is alumni portal through college websites where students can get connected with the pass out students & can communicate about the market scenario, stream choice, for future development.

The placements cell of the college works efficiently to get every student placed that's their main objective is, many good companies come with attractive packages for campus recruitment almost every year 100% of the students get placed. most of the companies belong from the banking sector and insurance multinational corporates like Deloitte, Earnest & Young, Accenture, etc. Apart from this many profiles comes in marketing and sales domain at many companies. according to the latest data, the average package of the institute is 5 lacs P.A and the highest package of 14.6 lacs P.A. Ramaiah maintain a good relationship with alumni so that makes easy to communicate with them.

So the Admission procedure in Ms Ramaiah starts from filling up the admission form which requires all the important details of students like marks secured details of entrance exam, etc and then the next step in an aptitude test which conducted by college and qualifying the test leads to the next step which is personal interview for the test and the interview students don't need to come down to the campus students from other states like me can complete the process online via Skype. And the entrance exams accepted by Ramaiah are CAT, MAT, CMAT, KMAT. And the minimum students should have 60 % in under graduation.

This college provides doesnot assure you an intership. Many interships in marketing dommain are a regular recruiters. Most of the companies and startups visit the college. Every companies provide an average 5 thousand per month.Goldman Sachs is the only company providing 30 thousand stipend per month and Pre-placement offer for the selected students. companies such as Deloitte provides a anuual package of 6 lakhs and Honeywell provides 7-8 lakhs package. The college is successful in maintaining a broad branches of alumni network across various domains and corporate bodies. It frequently conducts seminars and workshops on alumni network and invite them for guest lectures.

  • There are 2 hostels for girls as well as boys also, but not in campus it's located outside of the campus. hostels are fine as according to our fee, in hostels 4 times food is available and free wifi and laundry. FEES = 135000 for double sharing room ,and for triple sharing fee= 125000 in 2 years, around 12000 per month for hostel expenses.
  • PG will be good, as per the convenience of the students. Fee for pg is 7.25 up to 12000 according to the facility.
  • it is ok good for north Indian people but for south it is good.
  • classrooms is good with full of lights and projector is also there ,and there is some extra activities that will provide by the college like HR club,Marketing club, WEALTH CLUB, FINANCE club, wifi is also there if you are in campus you can use net as per your requirement.

  • login time is 10 and log out time is 5:15. there will be 4 ( four) semesters in 2 years, and also they will take 2 (two) midterms in 2 years and exam will be conducted in college only. Total marks for an end term exams is 100 and for the midterm is 50 marks. The criteria for clear the exams is 50% of the highest marks, they will take cumulative marks. For assignments, marks are allotted for 20 marks that you have to give before midterm and after midterm including presentations.
  • faculty is good there and they will also provide extra classes for weak students. The method is for teaching through powerpoint presentations, books, and sometimes they will try to give some extra exposure related to net, and magazine.
