College Infrastructure 6/10

No hostel facilities are provided by the college, but the college is within the reach of many hostels nearby. Food is provided in the college canteen and is provided on an average hygiene, better not to prefer canteen for the food. Classrooms quality is good enough, spacious, bright including the labs and the seminar hall College provides a free wifi scheme which not even works properly.

Academics & Faculty 9/10

Classes start from 9.30 am onwards in the morning and each class is of 50 mins long. Projects are done on a high scale and assignments are given term wise so that students can grasp a good picture of what they are studying !! Teaching is too good over here, as they have experienced faculty who teach very well.

Fees and Scholarship 10/10

Fees structure is under budget friendly for every middle-class student. The annual fee including books, exams fees constitutes of INR 66,000/- per year. There is also a scholarship scheme provided by the government, which includes the government scholarships, scholarship from central government if eligible for NCC scholarship etc.

Placements & Internships 7/10

Our college hires Students in campus placements in the field of IT, MECH, CIVIL, EEE etc. Many start-up companies have come over to hire students so that they can grow from the innovative ideas of our students.

Admissions

I've written EAMCET exam to get an admission into an engineering college !! Entrance exam was all based on our 11th and 12th maths and science syllabus. Admission to this college is very much easy.

There's no college hostel facility available for non local students. The quality of the class rooms is good and have good labs with poor library and wifi source.

College starts by 9:30am in the morning till 4:10pm. The faculty in the EEE Department is good

Fees and Scholarship 5/10

The course fee for Btech is INR 51200. The government of Telangana gives a scholarship for the meritorious students upto INR 35,000 and the student should pay the remaining fee with addition of jntu fee and semester exam fee.

Placements & Internships 4/10

Can expect placement in marketing ie., Non-technical background with a maximum package of INR 2.7LPA

Admissions

The eligibility criteria for Engineering is a person should be a qualified candidate of EAMCET with the rank between 50,000 or below 50,000. The cut off for Btech varies from the branch you decide.

To get admission in this college the person has to get a minimum rank of 75000 in the TS EAMCET. Polytechnic students should get a minimum rank of 2000. If a person is not qualified for merit seat, he/she can take admission by the management system.

  • At Mahaveer Institute of Science and Technology, there are a many clubs with respect to the department.
  • CSE is the most active one of all.
  • Sports fests are also conducted.

Hostels & Food 5/10
No hostel facility you have to again travel upto 5-8 kms away from the college in order to get some good accomodations or hostels, also food. It might be tough for a vegi guy to stay in hostel near by college as its muslim area, and many times beef by products could be found lying on near by roads
College Infrastructure 4/10
Quality of Classrooms is very poor Wifi is too far to think off, even the interent in computer lab is very poor. Transportation is also very poor, there is no facility like dropping till the house, not saying till the door, atleast till the home, i had a very bad experinec, even after choosing this bus facility after paying huge amount, again I had to travel more 7-8 Kms to reach my home, and yeah FYI I was not the one.
International Exposure 2/10
International Exposure   IS NONE most of the people speak in telugu and hindi. few faculty and students have interaction in english

V Kamaraju sir is the pillar for EEE branch in this college class rooms are dull and boring infrastucture is very very poor but classes are regular teaching methods of few faculty is good Professor accessibility outside classes is very rare
