EAMCET Exam is the primary test to get into this University. I have got a statewide rank of 295. The Cut off for ECE course was 600 rank

Many types of social activities are there who support the student in development and knowledge. Technical fests are highly encouraged. 

College Infrastructure 10/10

There are approximately 5 to 6 hostels separately for boys and girls. If the candidate got selected and admission is confirmed they get free hostel facility but they need to pay for Mess. PG's are around the college costs based on room sharing basis approximately of INR 4000-7000 per month. University provides a canteen with all food items mainly of south dishes with snacks and bakery items. It has free wifi facility all around the campus.

 

Academics & Faculty 9/10

Class timing is from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. Method of teaching is good here. The lectures are nice they help the students to understand better.

Fees and Scholarship 9/10

INR 15,000 is semester fee. The scholarship is available for the students. 

Placements & Internships 7/10

Average package is INR 1.20 lakh per annum. 

Admissions

Eligibility criteria are Bsc. with biotechnology as a major subject. Entrance Exam has to clear AP PGECET for Master of science course. There is no regular cutoff.

Yes, we conduct the technical fest every year in all the departments. The festivals like the annual day, Christmas celebrations, Diwali, tech fest, sports day all are celebrated on the campuses. 

College Infrastructure 9/10

Yes in our college both boys and girls hostels are available. PGs are also available. I am a day scholar. Food per meal cost INR 70.

Academics & Faculty 9/10

Class starts at 9:30 am and end by 5 pm. Exams are as 2- mid exams and 1-semester exam for every 6 months. For every mid-exam, 1 assignment will be given for which 5marks are allocated. The quality and method of teaching are highly appreciatable. The overall experience is good.

Fees and Scholarship 7/10

I have paid INR 10,000 per annum. The scholarship is available to every student who is eligible. Total fifty students have covered scholarship out of sixty in each class.

Student clubs are good. I haven't experienced it yet because of the delay in the fests this year.

The facilities provided here are simply unmatchable by any of the private or government colleges present here in Hyderabad

The classes and faculties are good up to an extent. Few junior staffs are not as good as required for the professional course pursuing students.

JNTUH conduct workshops and freshers party. Evey branch conducts its own fest in March which has the cultural day, annual day and tech fest.

College Infrastructure 6/10

There are 4 hostels 1 for juniors, other for seniors and PG students and while joining you have to pay some amount and monthly hospital bill depends upon how many days you eat in hostel and food is quite good. The campus has wifi facility and labs, classrooms are well furnished.

Academics & Faculty 7/10

Class timing is very good and suitable for the student who comes from longer distances. Teachers are well qualified and explain very well. Totally the experience is very good.

Fees and Scholarship 8/10

When compared to other colleges JNTUH fees is very less for regular students 10k(INR) per annum for IDP students 35k per annum and for IDDMP and IIDDMP students, it is 70k(INR) per annum. You can apply for MHRD scholarship based on your merit in 12th and for pass also.

Placements & Internships 7/10

Maximum placements are offered by IT companies like MICROSOFT, TCS, ACCENTURE. The highest package is near 6.0 lakhs(INR) P.A and least is 3.33 lakhs (INR) P.A.

Admissions

To join JNTUH first you have to get a rank below 4000 in except for general category students. To join I B.Tech or B.Tech (IDP) directly you can get admission trough TSEMCET. To join other courses like IIDDMP or IDDMP you have to put an application by visiting a college.

There is a rotract club , Leo club , music club, dance club etc There are many events happen in our college namely , senior Juniour friendship day, annual day , sports day , fest which are famous in whole Andhra. 

College Infrastructure 7/10

There a total of 5 hostels, Mess fee is 1700/- month per month And they collect hostel fee per semester ie; 3200/- INR. Food is pretty much better compared to other college hostels. Classrooms are good .WiFi’s are slow

Academics & Faculty 8/10

Morning session 9am-12:30 pm Afternoon session 2pm -4:30pm Yeah there will be projects in final year. Quality of teaching is excellent, board and projectors are the modes of teaching Overall experience in the college is so far so good.

Fees and Scholarship 8/10

As it is a government college, the fees are less around 10,300 INR There is a scholarship named e-pass. Those who are from poor background get a fee waiver . No loans are needed

Yeah I have internships in Tata automobiles And in vizag steel plant. TCS , LNT are the major companies which comes to the college .Avg package is 4 lakhs per annum and highest is 12lakhs per annum.

  • Students clubs are not much to talk about at JNTUH.
  • Main festivals in our campus are college annual day called spandana, and technical fest yearly at respective departments.
  • The life at JNTUH is fruitful for those who utilise all those opportunities at the campus and improve their skills.
College Infrastructure 7/10
  • There are separate hostels for boys and girls. For girls, 3 hostels and for boys there are four hostels. Hostel fee is around Rs. 2,000/- per month.
  • There are many PGs and hostels outside the campus that cost from Rs 4,000/- to Rs 6,000/-per moth. 
  • Food in the hostels is good and I can say it's far better than that is provided in PGs and hostels outside.
  • The classrooms and labs are well furnished with spacious area and Wifi is active 24x7 in the campus as well as hostels. 
Placements & Internships 7/10
  • University doesn't offer any stipend or internship. I have done my internship at krishnapatnam port, Nellore.
  • Mostly IT companies hire maximum no. of students.
  • Average salary is Rs 3.5 LPA. Highest is Rs 10 LPA. 60-70% of the batch gets placed every year.

  • Our course fee for regular B.Tech students is Rs.10,000 per year. And for integrated (5 year course ) it is Rs. 31,000 per year.
  • The scholarship offered is reimbursement from the state government for students whose family income is less than Rs.1,00,000.
  • Loans are not needed.
Academics & Faculty 5/10
  • College starts at 9:40am till 4:30pm with an hour of lunch break. Every final year student is assigned with a project, which can be done as a team. Labs are well equipped with experienced professors and helpers. The professors are well qualified and experienced.
  • The teaching is very good.
  • My overall experience is good at the academics in the university.
