  • The first year hostels are located on the campus, in the nearby neighborhoods due to space constraints. Final year students, executive MBA students, and international exchange students are, however, provided accommodation for inside the campus.
  • There is separate boys and girls hostel in International Management Institute, [IMI] New Delhi with spacious rooms and a good facility to ensure a comfortable life for the students.
  • The food is healthy and simple.
  • The meal charges are included in the course fee already and so need not be paid for separately.

Admissions

The minimum eligibility criteria in International Management Institute, [IMI] New Delhi are:

  1. Holds a Bachelors degree or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate marks from a university in India or abroad (recognized by the UGC Association of Indian Universities).
  2. The Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years education, after completing higher secondary schooling under the 10+2 system or an equivalent.

The quality of companies brought for internship as well as job are top level. Students are given many chances to grab the good oppurtunity. Proper training is given to the students so that they become eligible for such high quality jobs.

The teachers are very well qualified and quality education is imparted. At every step thecprofessors are there to help. Teachers make sure the concepts and doubts are clear for each and every student.

The college has 16 active clubs and committees with all of them playing their own roles and have their own set of responsibilities. The system is designed very robustly with a proper selection process and everything  is driven by the student fraternity with minimum interference from the faculties.
Placements & Internships 8/10
The institute provides support for both summer internship as well as jobs. The average placement package offered is decent and the plethora of companies visiting every year has just been increasing. The rigorous follow-up during the summer internship is really a plus point for the freshers.
International Exposure 8/10
The college has tieups with 22 International University spread across countries like China, France, Germany, etc. Apart from this the college has throughout the year IEP participants from all over the world coming for a 3-4 month course in management.
Academics & Faculty 9/10
The faculty here are great with every 9 out of 10 holding a Phd. from top universities from across the world. The courses have a compulsory 20% component that needs to be taught by an industry expert so as to keep up with the new developments in the markets as well as the theories int he book.

International Exposure 9/10
IMI was launched in 1981 in collaboration with International Management Institute, Geneva (currently International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Lausanne). It entered into a strategic alliance with the Manchester Business School (MBS) in 1995. The MBS-IMI, India linkage operated under the Overseas Development Assistance (ODA) scheme of the British Council for faculty development, better administration, upgradation of library facilities, conduct and dissemination of research. The alliance with ESC Rennes International School of Business, France currently offers a Student Exchange Programme and so does the University of Austria, Graz. IMI also has a Memorandum of Understanding with the Asian Institute of Institute Technology, Bangkok, for student and faculty exchange programme and joint research, including executive development programme. IMI is the only Institute in the private sector to have received UNDP assistance for promoting internationally oriented management education. It has received support from several leading multinational and domestic private and public sector enterprises.
Hostels & Food 8/10
IMI, New Delhi provides both in-campus and off-campus hostel facilities for both boys and girls with a provision of ac/ non-ac rooms, single, double sharing, tripple sharing and even quadruple sharing rooms. There is a cleaning staff that cleans the rooms and the washrooms on a daily basis. The in-campus girls hostel also has an elevator. The student housing provided by IMI is remarkable and the institute has done every bit to make sure that the students are comfortable. There is mess facility at all the campuses that provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menue changes every day and repeats after a week. This ensures that the students get variety. Fruits and sweets are also served on a regular basis.

The IMI Delhi Campus is located in the eduction hub of the city. Its aesthetically designed campus has a stimulating atmosphere, conducive to all round development of a participant. Almost a 1:1 gender ratio. The Cultural and Diversity club of IMI organizes a no. of parties.  Alcohol consumption is not tolerated within the campus premises. Hauz Khas Village is 10 mins away.

Clubs and committees are very active. These are three committees - Corporate Relations and Placements Committee, The Alumni Committee and The Branding and Media Relations Committee. There are also a no. of functional and non-functional clubs.  Sports infrastructure is sound.

Off-campus hostels are in Ber Sarai and Adchini. On-campus hostel option is also available. Food is decent. There are a lot of eating options available around.

Library is well stocked. Labs are state-of-the-art. Students love to hang out in the amphitheatre. The Institute has a strong wifi connection.

Internships are facilitated by the Institute and so are the final placements. IMI has a strong alumni base and the Institute organises many events for them.

There is a cultural fest but marketing summit is what the college is proud flaunt. There are some exchange summits also happening.College has around more than ten clubs and committee managed by students under the guidance of senior faculty members,These clubs and committees also give an opportunity to students to interact with the students of other B schools and learn from them.

On campus hostel facilities is provided for students from outside delhi,but PG and other options are available at affordable cost,cafetria inside the college campus where the students have their meals which is quite good in taste at affordable cost,some restaurants near to campus really provide quality of food items.

College has a really good infrastructure. The campus is big compared to the other institutes in the institutional area barring the IIFT. college has a basketball court which is overlooked by step gardens where few students are spotted studying. Library is open till 12 in the midnight. college does have an on-campus hostel where students from outside Delhi are provided accommodation.PG and other options are available for students at affordable cost.

Placement assistance is provided to all students by placement cell managed by senior faculty members,diverse ranging organisation from marketing,finance to operations and startegy and even HR also visit campus for placement,Axis Bank,HDFC ING Vysya,Akkiko Planet,JayPee,Green Sun Hotel,ICICI,IDBI are some of major recruiters with an average packege of 9.5 lakh per annum.Overall placements are decent compared to other college

College has tie ups with university from China, France, Germany,etc. for student exchange program.Students can spend a semester abroad learning from the best faculty in Europe,also there is programs conducted with the help of the ministry of external affairs for students to help them for international exposure,but less number of students actually gets benefited from such type of programs due to many of them not know about it.Generally english is medium of communication due to diversity of students from different state.

hectic schedule with a number of quizzes,projects,presentations and exams frequently,presentations to case study to taking part in competition each mode has its own learning experience. Exposure to the real world is provided with the help of guest lectures from industry experts.Faculty are well qualified and experienced and easily accessible for students, The faculty is decent but it is changing for the better.There are visiting faculty, most of them are permanent. There has been a drastic change in teaching since the new dean has taken charge and it is for the betterment of the students.
