DSCE campus is very good surrounded by tress , small hills & there is also a temple at the campus. Each Dept conducts Fest and many other cultural activities. There is a Football court and they encourage many sport enthusiasts. College, in general, is just amazing.
DSCE is at the center of the city, unlike many other engineering colleges. There is a Separate hostel for boys and girls in the same campus. There are also many PGs near the college. It also has a multi cuisine canteen and the price is fairly okay. Infrastructure is very good with good Classrooms, Labs, Libraries, dining halls, Wi-Fi etc.
No doubt Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering is one of the best colleges in Bangalore. There are many Professors (Ph.D.) who take classes for both graduates and post graduates. There is a Full fledged Digital Library, they follow most effective teaching practices. My Two years life at DSCE was just awesome.
Infrastructure of the college is very good but Fees is more compared to other colleges, they charge for uniforms and they never ask to wear, they charge for some training programs and they hardly give training. I am not aware of any scholarship programs.
College doesn't provide any good Internship opportunities, it is solely students responsibility to find an internship. All top companies visit campus but placement opportunities is not good for M.tech students.
Eligibility criteria is a four-year full-time degree course from a recognized university. I had written VTU PGCET to get into M.Tech at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, [DSCE] Bangalore. Cutoffs depend on the PGCET Rank and number of seats available.
During the campus timings, many events are going on at CD Sagar auditorium. Daily many events are held on campus. Mahayana is the department fest for the mechanical students.
Hostels are available with boys and girls separate with all the basic needs. Canteen is pretty good. subash Chandra bose hostel is best for my knowledge.
Academics with good faculty are available. Nice place to study with a good atmosphere. usually class starts at 9:30 am and ends at 4:30 pm, teaching is better with all the available resources in the lab
I am doing an internship in content writing at getmyuni company for about 2 months with a stipend of INR 5000. In the final year of BE, I have done a project in Manufacturing technology with the stipend of INR 3000. Placements are pretty good.
Excellent campus and nice atmosphere for the students of all the discipline. Good campus but money minded staff. One Can get a seat from through KCET and COMEDK UGET.
Almost every festivals are celebrated in campus like holy, onam etc.

Quality and method of teaching is good and the lecturers are very friendly.
College experience was good with a lot of fun and placements.
It varies every year. On an average course fee per year would be around 60k-65k.
There are a lot of scholarships offered by the college. Since I was not eligible for that I don't know the name.
the average number would be almost 60% of the college strength.
My college(DSCE) offers a lot of campus placements in IT,sakes,Marketing fileds.
Average salary would be 3.5-4lpa,highest paid salary for 2018 batch is 8.5lpa and percentage of students get placed is around 65%.
Eligibility criteria were puc marks and mainly cet rank for my course. Admission procedure was based on cet rank a college will be allocated through an online portal for the choice we have given and then we had to go to college and pay the fees through the bank.
I had taken CET exam after my puc.
There were no such cutoffs in CET. Based on the marks scored in college.
Life in college, in general, is great.
There are plenty of accommodation and eating facilities available near the college. The quality of labs is not up to the mark.
College timings are 9 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday and 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays. Method of teaching is reading from the book or source material. College is fun.
My course fee was INR 1,80,000. No scholarship is available for students outside the state of Karnataka. Only 1 out of 1500 or so can manage to get a scholarship.
No time for the internship was provided. college is only focused on curriculum College does not help with any Internship.
Well, I got into Dayananda Sagar college through COMEDK UGET Exam. After taking COMEDK UGET, you have to wait for your results and after the results, each student is provided with a rank based on which you get to choose your college. I was eligible for DSCE. I got the civil engineering branch. The typical Cut off for my Course is 85 marks or rank ranging from 8500-12000. Overall the college is fine, not great, not bad but opting for civil engineering in this college is not worth it. If you are getting into Computer science department then it could be a fine choice else DSCE is not a college I would recommend.
There are many forums for cultural activities, educational activities.FURORE is our college fest. College life is cool and awesome. More over, not hectic.
I haven't done any internships till date. Accenture is the main recruiter for our college. There are many other reputed companies like HP, Wipro.etc. Packages are fair as of my knowledge.
I got admitted to this college through Diploma CET. Cutoff for my course was around 8000 for General category(No reservations).
Clubs in the hostel are very active. There is one or another activity from time to time.
Infrastructure is average. One football ground is there and one basketball court. There is no AC in classroom or hostel.
Academics are pretty average. Some teachers are good and some are average like pretty much every other college.
Fees are very high. Around 2.2 lakhs per year for tuition fees and 1.5 lakhs per year for the hotel.
Placement in this college is average. Most students get recruited by mass recruited
You can get admission through Comedk or CET exams. They are pretty simple exams and cutoff ranks of the previous year are available on their website.
There are many technical Nd culture also sports clubs are available Much technical competition organized by the college as well as industry Many fests including events for staffs arranged by students Very well multidisciplinary environment.

One can get a good exposure to industries through internship as the senior faculties are constantly in touch with industry persons most of the times they refer the students for placement in the same industry where they get internship .. very good placement facility for Pg also ..and alumni network is very good.
I got through my pgcet with 3000 ranking in mechanical engineering and opted for M.tech in DSCE.
There are many student societies and clubs. Many festivals like furore, milestone, hackathon etc. Keeps on encouraging the students to move further.the life in the college is very energetic
Four hostels are there two for boys and two for girls each. The outside PGs are of reasonable price and offer good food under 8-9k per month. The food is healthy and hygienic as required for the students. The quality of all the study centres are good enough for the students which don't make them face any problems.
The daily routine is from 9 am-5 pm.The quality and method of teaching is good .There is a little communication gap between the students and teachers. The overall experience is friendly

Highest salary -28lac per annum as mentioned by The college.Overall placements are good
I appeared for COMEDK entrance exam. And scored 4892 rank to get the seat of ise in dsce
The daily schedule is not really strict. It is quite flexible which gives you enough time to have your own study time but the maximum length of the class goes for 7 hours a day with an hour of a gap in between. The quality of teaching is decent and the methods are quite advanced.
The applicable through COMEDK seats are 1.5 lakhs with an addition of 35k university fees which sums up to 1.9lakhs per annum. The scholarship programs are there for department toppers and also for scheduled castes and scheduled tribes. I didn't apply for any loan but as far as I know, you can get loans but you have to maintain a decent CGPA throughout
Currently, I have not been a part of any internship programme because of my higher studies. Accenture Infosys are the mass recruiters but lot of IT firm comes for placement and they provide a decent package ranging from 3.5 lakhs to 8 lakh per annum
The candidate has to apply through COMEDK which is held online these days and eligibility criteria were to have pass marks in both 10 and 12. The cutoff marks to get a seat in EEE was to have above 75 out of 180
