There are more than 20 societies in colleges, including cultural societies and academic. Dance, drama, music, art, debate sums up the cultural wing and enacts, entrepreneurial society, marketing society, human resource development society, tech society, economic, tourism etc sums up the academic societies. The main fest is tatva organized in the month of Feb. Other than that all over the year the societies organize something or the other adding thrill to the college life.
No, there is no hostel facility provided. Many students live in PGs near the college, that costs them around INR 5k a month including food. The canteen of the college is clean and hygienic, provides good food too.
The classes are regular in the college. Usually from 8:3O am to 4:30 pm. The teaching staff is very helpful and best in their business. A good place to focus on the next steps of your life.
The course fee is minimal not more than INR 10k. Only computer science and BBA fee is between INR 25-30k.
For the placements, we have Aspire - the placement cell. Very hard-working and enthusiastic group of students. Many students are placed every year from all courses. Many internships also come through the placement cell.
College of vocational studies is in Sheikh Sarai, near Saket. The eligibility criteria are same as for other colleges of DU. It has some additional vocational courses too. The cutoff is going down till 85 only. The crowd is very good. Very good college in the matter of cultural and academic societies.
Life in the college is just a fabulous. And the fest day is very awesome. There are many sports in our college.
All the classrooms are very hygenics. And the canteen where the food served to the students is also very hygienic. All the workers work well and in a proper manner.
The quality of teaching by professors are very awesome. And they teach us in very simple and interesting way which helps the student to understand easily.
Highest salary figures is INR 1000000 per year. And the lowest is INR 400000 per year. And the percentage of batch that gets placed is approx 60%.
There are many societies you can join, and with these societies, college is fun as you have functions every other week

The method of teaching is nice, we have a smartboard in our class And teachers keep you updated about all the assignments
For vocational courses, fee per year is only Rs. 10k And for honors courses, the fee is less than Rs. 10k
I have done many internships of stipend between Rs. 500 - 5000. Our college has an alumni network named ASPIRE which keeps you updated about the placement.
The admission In CVS is through cut off for vocational and honor courses (% of top 4 subjects) For my course (HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT) cut off is between 87-92% This is the only college in DU that provides the vocational course.
College lectures are always on time and stydies with well organised syllabus. And method of teaching of professors is very effective.

Fee per year is INR 10,000 to 12,000. I don't think there are scholarship options in our college. No loan is required as fee are very less.
The placement cell of CVS is active. They even provide winter internships with decent stipends. Many companies like Indigo, FIS, S&P global, etc keep on visiting the campus for its placements. The college is well known for its placement records (70%) and its internships.
There is no entrance exam. Delhi University just sees marks of 12th grade. Cutoffs are different for different courses. For HRM the cutoff was 90%.
