My course fee was INR 168000 for the first year and for next year 5% is increased in this amount Scholarship is for those students whose parents annual salary is less than INR 3Lpa. Some take loans and are available through few banks namely axis, pnb etc.

Placements & Internships 4/10

For BTech courses, placements are there but only for CSE, ECE and EEE. Mechanical and civil doesn't have that many companies visiting compared to other courses. And for annual salary, it is between 3-4 Lpa. Alumni network is not that good either.

Admissions

To get an admission in amity you can get through in two ways. One is by going through JEE pre and if you get passing marks there you are qualified for amity Gurgaon and another way is by going through exam conducted by amity itself. The exam is conducted in two phase. Phase 1 includes MCQ type questions, phase 2 is based on the interview. Note that both exam phase can be applied for online as well as offline.

You are way too excited about the college life. You know you are here for about 3-4 years , just enjoy & make it very useful. FIRST YEAR IS THE BEST TIME YOU’LL EVER EXPERIENCE IN YOUR LIFE. I REQUEST ALL THE FRESHERS TOENROLL FOR HOSTEL, their is nothing like college life.. full of fun, masti, spending whole night on terrace. Yeah you’ll miss your freedom. But trust me this confine place will make you more serious about your life. It’ll teach you many things but at the same time it’ll daily test your will power to resist the things that are bad for you. DO NOT TAKE DRUGS.

FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES The fee structure of our college is decent. The fee structure of my course is around INR 35000-38000 per sem which is quite good. The hostel fee is also fine. They take 55000+10000(security fee). And it is quite neat and clean as compared to other private universities.

INTERNSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES Yes, our college provides us internship. Companies like Microsoft, lava mobile, Indian navy, HCL etc companies keep on coming so that students can get good companies in a comfortable way. LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS Most Banks in the country offer attractive education loans for students. For the benefit of prospective students at AMITY, we have tied up with premier nationalized banks Oriental Bank of Commerce and Allahabad Bank. Both banks give the following advantages to students applying to AMITY. PLACEMENT WING Our college is providing good placements in those couple of years. Companies like Microsoft, NDTV etc are coming to take the students who have got that potential. almost 80% of our college students get placed through our college. The min package offer was 15000 per month as a fresher.

Amity University, Gurgaon, also known as Amity University, Haryana, is a private university located in Gwalior, in the Pachgaon cluster of villages, near Manesar, Gurgaon district, Haryana, India. The university was established in 2010 by the Amity Education Group through The Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2010. Eligibility criteria and admission procedure for my personal course which is BA Honours English :- Student securing 80%+ agg. in Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State-Boards of 2017/2018) are exempted from selection process. Selection will be only on the basis of Amity Application Form. There is no cut off for any particular course .You just need to pass the entrance exam and on the basis of the entrance exam you will get the admission.

There are many social, NGO connected in between the Amity. Consisting of students and fac also. Every year Amity conducts Marathon that is moreover famous in Delhi & NCR.

College Infrastructure 10/10

The only thing I think what Amity is famous for is the infrastructure. The architect has its own story. You should visit once, so you can find this out on your own.

Academics & Faculty 10/10

If we talk about faculty, it's the best. They are moreover so interconnected with the students. All you need to follow them. University classes are maintained on 5 days in a week. Weekends are holidays.

Hostels are good. There are 4 hostels in college. 60000 is total fees of the hostel. Food is good in the college. Quality of classroom is nice.

I do have college timing 9 am in morning to 5 pm in evening. I have 7 classes including design and graphic skills.

I expect approx 40000 payment per month as per my hard work. No, i didn't do any of the internships.

For taking admission in architecture department we have to give JEE-Main entrance examination or NATA examination. PCM is mandatory for taking admission in architecture course.

There are 3 hostels mainly One for faculty one for boys hostel and another for girls hostels fees for AC hostels are 1 lakh and for non AC 60000 is the fees for 1 year for both ac and non ac There are so many options for PG and flats on rents outside the college and there are 10 mins walking distance from college to all PG nd flats ... and cost for pg is 5-6k per month for both boys and girls Food is also good if we talk about the junk food but food like rice, chapati etc are average In mess there is a meal in which there is roti, rice, dal, sabzi, sweet and salad which costs for 60 rupees And there are other so many options for food Classrooms are average cant say very good because after complaints it takes too long to get resolved Library is so good all books are available and easly can be issued Labs are also good And wifi is also very good .... too fast Auditoriums are also well maintained all infrastructure is good

Course fees per year for optometry is around 1 lakh 20 thousand, yes there are scholarship options for students who scored good in 12th and those who score a good CGPA i.e. above 9 in college will also get the scholarship but there is no scholarship for international students Average no. Of students who get the scholarship in a class is at least 6 students A loan is not necessary the expenses are according to middle-class family and if any loan is needed then it will be given by any bank because our college is UGC approved

Internships can be done in summer vacations from any hospital you want to ... university will give you a letter for internship and at the last year there will be a 1 year or 6 months final intership at any hospital in which university will help you to apply There are many companies like zeiss, and jhonson and many other companies which hire students from optometry department from our college The annual salary basically depends upon your skills and knowledge just for a basic idea the average monthly salary will be 30k at the starting And all the students are getting placed at hospitals or companies by the college itself And there is very strong alumni network of our college

Student will be eligible for optimetry in amity unuversity haryana if he has more than 52% and the procedure will be of 2 types One is interview on skype for students who cant come to university And another is interview and written exam in university And in entrance exam there is test of english like we have to write any article on any topic And in interview there are some basic question like our intrestes and our knowledge about the course This course can be opted by both medicle and non medicle students Cutoff is according to marks in PCM and english i.e. 52%

The college life is awesome. There are many societies and clubs like science club, drama, dance and etc. There are many festivals like innovation day, Sangathan ( sports meet), and Amifest etc.

Campus including hostel, classroom, labs etc is fully maintained and are good. PGs are also available nearby the college. There are many options for food.

There are a proper timetable and schedule for each day. The teaching method is good and faculties are supportive. My overall experience is good.

The fee is around INR 46,000 per semester at Amity University. There are scholarship options for the students living in Pancho and scoring above 90.

I have not done any internship yet. I will do it in the second year which is compulsory for all. There are not much job opportunities after B.Sc but are more only after M.Sc.

Admissions

If you score 80% or above on your 12th board then you directly get the admission in this course. But if you score below than 80% then you have to pass an entrance test AMITY JEE along with an interview.

There are no student societies, clubs and I didn't find any association on campus. There will be Sangathan which is a sports festival and other cultural activities are held 2 to 3 times in a semester. The life is good in the college.

College Infrastructure 7/10

There are four hostels one is for girls and the remaining is for boys. The hostel fee is INR 50,000 per annum that is only for accommodation it doesn't include for food. Pg's are available outside the college. Wifi facility is there in the hostel the speed is also good. We have to pay separately for food. The quality of food is average. The quality of classrooms is very good, labs are average, the library is good, dining halls are also good and the infrastructure is very good.

Academics & Faculty 7/10

Classes start at 9:15 am and ends at 5:15 pm. The duration of the class is one hour. There will be one midterm in every semester that is of 15 marks and the end semester exam is 70 marks. The remaining 15 marks evaluated from attendance and assignments. Two summer internships are assigned after the second year and third year. The quality and method of teaching are quite good. The overall experience is quite good.

Fees and Scholarship 7/10

The course fee varies every year. University offers scholarships on merit-based. Students who got 93% aggregate in 12th grade will get the scholarship. There are no limits for a number of students who get the scholarship. Economically poor students can get a loan from the bank.

Placements & Internships 7/10

I have done the internship in Amar Raja. Actually, I didn't get paid. University offers on-campus placement for chemical engineering. The average package would be in between INR 2.5 to 3.5 lakhs per annum. This package offers core chemical industries. There are some other IT companies which may offer maximum INR 7 lakhs per annum.
