CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS

  • There are seminars going on almost every week. Quizzes and exhibitions happen almost every week.
  • Life at Al-Falah is quite good.

INFRASTRUCTURE & TRANSPORTATION

  • There are 2 hostels inside the Al-Falah campus. But many students tend to live in PG's including girls.
  • The food at hostel is not so good. But the canteen provides fresh meals that taste like home.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY

  • The daily routine at Al-Falah is a tight schedule Classes from Monday till Saturday starting at 8:30am to 3:50pm.
  • The teachers are really good. They give proper attention to students.

FEES AND SCHOLARSHIP

  • The course fee for my course at Al-Falah is Rs.1,00,000 per annum.
  • They offer government scholarships available for all students.
  • About 70% of the students get scholarships each year.

PLACEMENTS & ALUMNI NETWORK

  • At Al-Falah, every batch gets placed mostly in gulf countries.
  • The packages are not very good but it's ok.

Eligibility Criteria and Admission Process
  • The eligibility criteria at Al-Falah University, Faridabad is a minimum of 55% PCM aggregate in class 12.

  • There are many clubs associated with the students.



INFRASTRUCTURE & TRANSPORTATION

  • One Hostel with separate provision for Boys & Girls. Hostel Fees is Rs 55000 per year for non-ac & Rs 75000 per year for AC.
  • Outside there are many cheap P.Gs available.
  • Food is also average and fairly affordable.
  • Hostel is fully WIFI. Classrooms ,Dining hall ,Labs ,libraries are average.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY

  • Class timings are from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Projects and industrial training is there but one needs to manage on its own to do it. Exams are like twice a year for semester & 4 times a year for sessional. Assignments are at least 12 per semester.
  • Quality and method of teaching overall is average. Some teachers are very good but some are not so good.
  • Overall experience was also Average.

FEES AND SCHOLARSHIP

  • Course fees per year is Rs 85000.
  • Various Minority Scholarships & govt. scholarships and also from college management trust is available.
  • Many students get scholarship, more than 250 students.
  • Yes, many students are on education loan from different banks. 


PLACEMENTS & ALUMNI NETWORK

  • I had done two engineer trainee internships for two months each, but was not given any stipend, just a training certificate.
  • Companies that hire from our campus include Engineering, IT, Management , Marketing.
  • Average salary is Rs 180000 per annum & highest is Rs 350000 per annum.
  • Alumni network is just ok.

Eligibility Criteria and Admission Process
  • The eligibility criteria and admission procedure for my course was just on percentage basis.
  • There's an entrance exam conducted by our college but one can get into it without writing it, entrance exam could give scholarship.
  • Cut-off is on the basis of percentage & no. of students applying for course.
