Rajasthan ILD Skills University (RISU) is located in Jaipur. RISU was incorporated in 2017. It is the first Government Skill University in the country. RISU is the affiliating body for a large number of institutions operating in skill and vocational training. There are more than 3000 students pursuing skill-based studies in 96 RISU affiliated institutions.

The vision of the university is to promote excellence in Skill Education in an integrated and holistic manner and its mission is to emerge as one amongst the foremost institutions of quality in Skill Education recognized at the National and International arena. The University offers many courses in the field of Fashion Design, Hospitality and Tourism, Aerospace and Aviation, etc.
