  • The daily routine is from 8am-4pm at MVJCE for the 1st shift and 10am-6pm for the 2nd shift(only CS branch).
  • The faculty is good for my branch, I can't say about other branches.
  • Overall experience is good.

Fees & Scholarship

  • For KCET students, the course fee is Rs 65000 for my batch that is 2014 batch and management is around Rs 1.9 lakh per year.
  • MVJCE don't offer that scholarship option but if you are from KCET, then you may get the defence scholarship or SC/ST concession.
  • You can take student loans and from which bank it depend on u how much interest bank is taking etc.

  • Right now, I have not done any internship but soon I will do.
  • Companies like Microsoft, TCS, etc come to MVJCE fro recruiting the 4th year students and most of them give an average salary figure of Rs 3 lakh and the highest salary figure is Rs 6.5 lakh.
  • A student should have an aggregate of 60% to it for the placements.

  • Students mostly don't prefer hostel because it's not that good as compared to PG.
  • WiFi is there but speed is not that good aat MVJCE.
  • The classroom is clear and the environment is good.

Clubs & Associations

  • MVJCE has a Drama club, sports club etc but these are not that good as compared to other colleges.

Eligibility Criteria & Admission Process

  • The eligibility criteria are 12th pass with PCM and admission procedure is either through KCET or MANAGEMENT.
  • I gave KCET entrance examination.
  • In KCET the cutoff may vary, previous year it was 16000 for the 1st shift and 23000 for the 2nd shift approx.

Eligibility Criteria and Admission Process:
  • The eligibility criteria is to get above 60% in 12th board exam and one entrance exam like AIEEE or KCET exam is necessary to get the admission at MVJCE Bangalore.
  • The companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Nissan-Renault etc hires the students from our campus, MVJCE.
  • For good companies like Nissan, the cut off percentage is 70% in the overall academics and to get eligible for placement in TCS only 60% is required.
