Krishnaswamy Pattabhiram, Head Accreditation of Institutions, TCS, Chennai with an objective to make the students understand and measure a few concepts and associated skills that are necessary for becoming employable, with a desire to satisfy both professional and employer needs. Among different human relations skills, 'Interpersonal Communication Skill decides the acceptance of an individual by others. In being employable, one necessarily has to be a successful communicator to work in or with any group. This Training and Placement Cell aims at developing interpersonal communication skills and all-round performance of the students through the industry and institute interaction. Infrastructure Facilities at Audisankara College of Engineering and Technology: Hostels: Hostels for girl students with all civic amenities is available in the premises of the college as well as Gudur town. The occupancy of hostel rooms is restricted to two to three students for each room. Every room is provided with an attached Bath Room, Cots with Dunlop Beds Pillows, Dressing Table. Generator and Magazines for leisurely study and entertainment are also available. Faculty members are appointed as wardens who monitor the facilities, hygiene, discipline, so that the inmates have a happy, enjoyable and memorable stay. Canteen: Canteen is located on the campus with catering facility for breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, refreshments and tea as per the preference of students and staff during working hours. Canteen, accommodating 1000+ members at a time equipped with modern kitchenware such as giant sized steam boilers installed to cook and supply large quantities of boiled rice. Hygienic food items in clean environment with mineral water are served. Computer Labs: The Computer Center caters to the computational and communicational needs of all the Sections and Departments of the college. Computer Center has over 140 PC's.
