About the Organizer :

Founded in 2011, in Mannheim, Germany, the University of Applied Management Studies is a private Management School, fully accredited by the state of Baden-Württemberg. We offer a range of subsidized Bachelor degree programmes and a wide range of management staff development courses for public and private sector organizations, including executive Master’s programmes. Our majority shareholder, the non-profit “International Bund” has, for many years, played an active role in developing the German education market and guarantees our financial solidity.

A. in “Management in International Business” will help you realize your dreams, introducing you to internationally recognized management techniques as well as essential intercultural skills.

Each semester, the HdWM awards several Deutschlandstipendien to which students of all study programs and semesters can apply. The award is not just for grades. Social commitment or special living conditions are also taken into account when selecting the scholarship holders.

 Rules and Guidelines:

Entrance Requirements for the Management in International Business degree programme:

  • You must either have the German "Fachhochschulreife" or its equivalent - e.g. qualifications such as the International Baccalaureate or the English "A" levels. As a rule, this requires the successful completion of 12 - 13 years of school education in your home country. From some countries, you also need to have begun or even completed further studies
  • As the degree is taught in English you need to have reached level Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2

As proof of this we will accept any of the following:

  • Cambridge Certificate - Preliminary English Test (PET) at least grade B; IELTS level 6.5; Internet Based TOEFL 85; UNIcert I; Abitur 8 points in English
  • But if you do not have any of these we may still be prepared to test your English, just talk to us
